I have been going to Fuddruckers in Chambersburg since 2013-2014. they are always friendly at the register. They address any questions you have while ordering. We use to go to Red Robin however they always get our order wrong. and we don't find the issue until we get home. I have called and expressed my concerns each time and they just give you a free meal and sometimes even messed up that order. So we no longer go to Red Robin. Only giving a 4 for the elk.Everything else is not up to Fuddrucker standards. Poor service, dirty floor, a website that confirms order with email and text but employees who treat you as a liar even when you show proof. A few employees threw lettuce at each other like toddlers. No manager in sight that I could see. The Chambersburg Fuddrucker's felt more like a daycare than a restaurant.

It’s been 4+ years since I’ve had the pleasure of eating at Fuddruckers and they didn’t disappoint. We stopped on the way up to a concert near Hershey; got there when it opened and were asked immediately what we’d like to have. We each had the 1/3 pound bacon cheeseburger and split some chili cheese fries. Unfortunately there’s no Fuddruckers in my state but it’s worth the stop when we are in that area. Looking forward to our next visit!!!
