So close to 5 stars. Every dinning experience has been very nice: menu is a little smaller than couple years ago but staff is always professional and food is always solid and comfortable. View of lake is always nice touch.But they do close over the winter, so call in the spring and fall to ensure they are open

Had lunch on 11/27. We are regular customers and normally get great service. On this day it was not at all busy. However, The server/bartender was more prone to chat with her friends than take care of us. Where the owner or manager around I ma sure it would have been different. We were very disappointed as we know how hard Rob works to provide excellent food and service.
Love this place! Always exceeds expectations, and we always go back because of the last meal! Superb food, super staff!Parking: Small paved parking lot, but extra parking in a large gravel lot across the street, 3-4 lanes of traffic to cross. Usually not a problem except prime hours.Kid-friendliness: Family environment!Wheelchair accessibility: Well paved parking lot, building is accessible.

Haven't been there for at least 25 years and the food is still as good as it was back then. Had the fillet mignon and it was awesome...the cook made it perfect. Our waitress Skyler was great she filled our drinks without us having to ask for a refill. I would recommend anyone staying or going through Conneaut Lake, PA to stop by for a bite...you will love the food.

What a great hidden gem. The food was great. Everyone enjoyed what was ordered. The sights are wonderful. The service.... Yuck! Our waitress is very obviously a smoker... She came to take our order and stunk so bad I had to move away from her. The serving time she came she squeezed between me and my son and leaned over and talked to us and I had to get up and walk away. So rude and unprofessional!!
