I called ahead and came with a group of friends for an hour of boardgames which turned into a few hands of Uno and then just chatting and soaking in the welcoming, warm ambiance of the coffee shop. We all were impressed with the food and coffees but I can't say enough about the kind, attentive and always helpful staff! We were invited back and will be--thank you!Kid-friendliness: Very!

Tasty coffee made to perfection with excellent customer service and an even better little table by the window. Great to sit and enjoy your coffee on a cool day while looking out at the nearby cute shops and street. They also have pastries, bagels, gelato and ice cream which in this occasion, we did not order but everything looked delicious and fresh.

Shout out to Ivy and Addison who helped me this afternoon and were total rockstars. It was my first time visiting Nonno's, and I came specifically for cheesecake. They were both super helpful and lovely and suggested I get the cheesecake cones, which I did. Since it was for a bit of a special occasion, Ivy even went so far as to decorate the box of treats for me. And the cheesecake cones were a hit tonight; everyone loved them. They look similar to cannolis, and that's what I was expecting, but the "cone" was much softer with a like-caramel texture and flavor, delicious with the more tart cheese filling. Highly, highly recommend. I'll definitely be back. Thank you, Ivy and Addison!

To Vincent, my husband and I, coming in from out of State, had a bit of a challenge during a recent visit to your shop. Based on our family's strong recommendation, he was supposed to wait at your shop only for an hour, not more then 60 min during my doctor's appointment while enjoying some coffee. I find your response to him offensive, considering we're not locals and had no other place to wait! Despite the crowded setting, a bit more understanding would have been appreciated. Learning that he was asked to leave due to busyness came as a surprise in a text received only 25 minutes, after being dropped off. I was genuinely looking forward to joining him later, as my cousin speaks highly of your shop and its coffee. I understand the importance of running a business, but it's essential to address the issue with the sign suggesting 60 minutes is acceptable. It can be misleading and should be reconsidered. Additionally, making assumptions and criticizing customers' judgment in reading the room is not appropriate. Perhaps consider a sign stating a 30-minute limit to maintain a more respectful approach. While losing one client may not have a significant impact, it's crucial to uphold a fair and transparent policy. From someone who came all the way from California thank you for your hospitality. What a jerk. They had a sign saying "Please don't stay more than 60 minutes." The guy kicked me out after not even half an hour. If you want people to stay only half an hour, that's fine. Don't put up a sign saying otherwise. You guys won't be getting any more of my business.
