Great food! Excellent staff
Actually cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism from this company. DISGUSTED. Following a recent experience in which my business partner reviewed her terrible experience (on her private individual account) at this restaurant, two individuals associated with the business proceeded to look her up and leave false reviews on our business page. Shame on them and shame on management and ownership for not being capable of handling a situation behind their own doors respectfully and maturely. Poor way to conduct business even for a rookie entrepreneur (which this business apparently is not). Grow up, learn to conduct yourselves professionally and take accountability for the actions of your staff if you care at all about your reputation.
BEWARE. My partner and I had heard rave reviews about Three Oak Steakhouse, and we were excited to treat ourselves to what we hoped would be an elevated dining experience. We had been gifted a $145 Downtown Easton gift card, and as busy parents with demanding schedules, finding the time to use it was a challenge. We managed to carve out a special night for Three Oak Steakhouse eagerly anticipating an enjoyable evening. We specifically chose Three Oak Steakhouse because it was listed as a participating business on the Downtown Easton website under the “Dine” section, making it the perfect place to use our gift card. Our meal and the service were great for most of our visit, but when the bill came, we presented the gift card to cover the payment. To our surprise, the server informed us they do not accept Downtown Easton gift cards. I calmly explained that the restaurant was listed on the website as a participating business and asked to speak with a manager. The manager came over, reiterating that they do not accept the gift cards, and claimed they were "illegally listed" on the Downtown Easton website as a participant and were “currently in litigation because of it.” I pointed out that we chose to dine there because they were advertised as accepting the gift cards. She responded that their private website says they do not accept them, but she could not provide proof. As of today (3/1/25), there is no such information on their website. I requested to speak with an owner, but the manager claimed an owner was not present and she didn’t know how to contact them when they weren’t on the premises. As the general manager, it was her responsibility to resolve this situation with integrity, especially since the gift card was publicly advertised as a valid payment method. After initially refusing to accept the gift card, she asked me to show her the Downtown Easton listing, which I did. Despite this, she insisted it was out of her control and couldn’t help us. She then mentioned on their own website it states they do not accept these cards, I asked her to show me where because I wasn't seeing that anywhere. She was unable to show me and she walked away. An “owner” then magically appeared at our table after the manager claimed they weren’t present. Instead of apologizing for the confusion and trying to resolve the issue, let alone introduce himself, he repeated everything the manager had said. At this point, frustrated, I told him he should be aware of how his business is marketed and how such errors could drive customers away over the lack of transparency and false advertising. His response was simply: “It’s not my problem.” As a small business owner myself, I was appalled by his lack of professionalism, accountability, and his complete disregard for delivering the “luxury dining experience” that Three Oak Steakhouse promises. To make matters worse, the only credit card I had with me was declined due to what the bank described as suspected fraud, since it was an unusual charge for that account. Since they don’t accept Apple Pay, I asked if they could manually run the card, providing proof that it was mine through my Apple Pay account. They refused and insisted they could only accept chip cards. In the end, we had to go back and forth with our bank to transfer funds to a debit card we never use in order to pay the bill. Lesson learned: next time, we’ll head to Sette Luna, where outstanding customer service is guaranteed—without the headache.
Good food , great service, only thing is every time I come here the people in the tables next to me makes my experience bad because they are always staring and talking nonsense like people like me can’t eat here
They prepared one of the best steaks I've ever had. It literally melts in your mouth. Many places claim this with their steaks, but Three Oak means it when they say it. The sides were delicious as well. The sweet potatoes au gratin with amazing. Highly recommend experiencing Three Oak steakhouse.

Although the steak was good, it is still not worth the price. The sweet potato au gratin was half grease and the green beans had about an inch of butter sitting on the bottom of the dish. Service and atmosphere were good.

Although the food is good, most of the time. The prices are inflated for what you get. Sides are supposed to be shareable, however, they don't give enough to share. They even tried charging us for the table bread last visit. Are you serious? We are paying about $100 per meal and you want to charge us for table bread, something that should be unlimited. The employees leave a lot to be desired. They don’t usually return or ask if you need anything. Another thing we’ve noticed is the employees go out to smoke and come back in without washing their hands, smelling like cigarette smoke. It’s disgusting and the mint doesn’t help. I’m surprised management allows this to go on.

Went here for date night and had a good time. The service and atmosphere were top of the line. Our wait staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and on top of any needs. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is my steak was undercooked. With that said it still tasted great and so did everything else.
