Workers are always unhappy and barely acknowledge you. Every mobile I’ve ever placed has been incorrect. It seems if you aren’t directly in front of them to ensure it’s correct, they will mess it up. Often the component that is missing was an upcharge as well. When I called to ask what can be done to remedy the situation one of the half a dozen times my order was incorrect, I was told “I dunno call when my managers here”

With how expensive it is I would like it to actually be what i ordered without having to go inside the store.

Ordered a simple BLT. The gal was near impossible to hear and apparently has an issue remembering. I ask for extra beacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo.
You cant see her build the sandwich but can see her put on the extras. After i repeated again what i wanted, she put peppercorn ranch instead of mayo. I mentioned i didnt want that, she just smiled and looked around. I said just wrap it and i will fix at home.
At home i found not only the wrong dressing but ham, pepperoni on it, and the thing was a sloppy mess. It go tossed which i should have returned. I wont be back ...

I just picked up me and my wife's food and it was absolutely DISGUSTING!! both meatball subs had no cheese, burnt to a crisp meatballs and mine had no banana peppers on it (as I ordered it)!!! This is the fist time this happened from this store...but this speaks to the level of INCOMPETENCE of the workers in this store!!! Will not recommend and WILL NOT BE GOING BACK... And we tipped these goons! So the whole tip thing is not an excuse as to why to food, service and LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL SUCKED!

Went in yesterday with my two girls to grab dinner quick. We had the most miserable young girl helping us. Very rude and unpleasant. We paid 33 bucks for two subs, a cold sugarless churro and a rock hard pretzel with no dipping sauce. Terrible!

People got to remember to tip the workers. They work very hard and I watched a few people not even leave a buck. I was there watching the staff prepare a big order over 40 subs and watch the person pay by check and not even leave a tip. How rude for customers to do

Always clean inside and staff is pleasant! With any luck finding staff that will help you keep the store consistently open, it won't be an issue any further! Food is definitely good. Price is very high. 4 footlong subs & a dozen cookies are $70!

Parking: There are always plenty of spots for parking!

So went in ordered 2 subs 4p.m. 2-10-23 I guess they no longer use knives to cut your sub my young lady smushed the sandwiches together and ripped apart with her hands. Then as ringing up said anything else I said can’t find in menu how many for 3 cookies reply I dunno like maybe 3 something. Said never mind if you don’t know I’m not getting them to find out it’s 5 or 6 bucks. Iv worked in the 90s for subway in high school and was taught to up sell other items. Guess a lot has changed since then lol after being rung up 2 more paying customers come in she rolled her eyes. As I walked past the 2 guys said good luck on terrible service. Lesson learned I’ll visit other subways this was is my last visit at this location.
