One of the workers tonight was unbelievably rude to us about picking up a mobile order through the drive-thru despite there being absolutely no one in line or in store. The way that people treat each other these days is insane. I could understand if they were busy, but they were not and it’s cold out. Be careful, I wouldn’t doubt this girl would spit in your food!!

Every time I have been here was for dine in counter service. The food is always fast, fresh hot! The staff is literally always happy and helpful. The mobile app and coupons make this food as cheap as McDonald's, but so much better! Good job Arby's, I'm lucky I have such a great location not far from home.
This location has the sweetest young man named Zimere. Every time I see him he brightens my day!! He is just a sweet and kind person. I hope he gets a raise! Great customer service from everyone here!
I had to wait in the drive thru lane for 15 minutes before my order was finally taken. They also did not provide me with a coupon for my lengthy wait either. I won't be coming to this Arby's location again.
Ordered 2 Beef and Cheddars, got 2 regular Arby's. Ordered curly fries, got crinkle cut. Ordered a Greek gyro, got roast beef.At least the Jamocha shake was spot on.I will not go to this location ever again because it seems that they hire the people that fail on the intelligence and efficiency tests.Not sorry Arby's, Do Better...
