Since all restaurants are closed for dine-in, we've been trying to support locally owned businesses so we have ordered from CiCi's. I've been here before for the buffet and it's always been pretty good but the take out pizzas we have gotten recently are superb! A large pizza was loaded with toppings and the crust was fresh! The cinnamon rolls are delicious. The owners are so sweet and always willing to support local groups with fundraisers!
We first tried Cicis in Florida and really enjoyed it so we were glad to find one "closer" to home. I live in Canada so it's still a 4-hour drive from me but we visit Erie, Pa quite frequently and stop by this location on every trip. First off, you can't beat the price which is why you need to align your expectations with the other clientele you'll be dining with. People need to understand that it's a buffet, not a race.
