My only complaint centers on the risotto. Very disappointed this time. It was more like oatmeal than risotto. The rice was so pasty you could use it to put up wallpaper. To be fair I did not say anything, but I should have. I was surprised that the whomever was running the pass let that go out..risotto should be creamy and the rice should be discernable. You should be able to see individual grains of rice. This "rice" was so thick and mushy that if you turned the plate 90 degrees, or even 180, the rice would not move. Just disappointed that it was allowed to be served. The side station let it go, the Expediter, let it go, and finally, the server let it go. For me, bad risotto effects the whole meal. I still recommend Cloud 9 and I will go back, but will avoid the risotto... unfortunately.

This place was awesome. The food was great. My group had one of the best smoked old fashions, we have ever had. The best was our waitress Emily. She made the evening. She was so funny and personable. Highly recommend this place .

On New Year’s Eve of 2022 I walked through the front doors of this gem and was greeted openly. The menu had pretty much sold out for the day but they took me in and I stood around for a minute. Its at this time I met Bertrand, he asked me if I had been helped, sat me at a table, and we shared our stories. He was incredibly humble to a man who walked in off the streets to a place generally in need of reservations. The morale compass of the human condition is truly defined by a persons humbleness. He made me feel like I was a long lost nephew back from the war. The food was pristine. I had truffle Mac and cheese. All the perfect notes of flavor in every bite. I also ordered the escargot which was amazing. Bertrand brought over a glass of wine for me and sat down and talked for ten minutes before again tending to guests. Truly humbling experience. Truly hoping to book a reservation for Valentine’s Day so I can show my lovely fiancé the same magical evening. God bless you Bertrand and thank you for your grace sir.

Went here last night for my wife's birthday and we were blown away! The atmosphere and service were phenomenal. The food was truly next level. My wife got the primo pizza and I went out on a limb and ordered the seared scallops with chipotle linguine. Scallops this far from the ocean aren't always great but this dish was absolutely perfect to the last bite. The pizza was also quite delicious. If you haven't tried Cloud9 yet do not wait any longer, we will 100% be back soon!

The waitress spoke so quiet we couldn't hear anything she had to say half of the time. We asked about the specials she said there wasn't any. However the table behind us was given a list from their waiter. We ended up getting drinks and going to get dinner elsewhere.

Getting a reservation was a challenge because the person on the phone had no idea was she was doing.... and getting a reservation was a chore to get but otherwise the food was amazing and we recommend the Poutine, the homemade pizza and of course the amazing Creme Brulee!

Nice cocktail selection. We only stopped in before a hockey game and had drinks. It was our first time there. The food that I saw looked good and would be something to try in the future. But the cocktails we had were delicious and they had a quite extensive wine list and other drinks too. It's a cute little place to stop and have drinks, appetizers or even a meal.

The fluffy girl has an attitude. I simply asked for a red bull she acts as if there's a problem not Kool. I will not be coming back and I will let people know not to come here cause she's nasty. ( It's one thing cause the customers being nasty. It's another if an employee being nasty.) She an employee being nasty.
