Ordered the flamethrower burger, got something completely different, and undercooked meat. I couldn’t tell if the fries were undercooked or they took old fries and threw them back into the fryer to heat them up. Ordered two blizzards and they were made with chocolate ice cream rather than vanilla when I didn’t ask for them that way. Let’s not forget my sons burger was missing 1/3 the patty. ? I’ll gladly go out of my way to not go to this one again.

There is no thought placed into making the orders. They are consistently wrong. The boxes are messy with sauce inside and out. The food is almost always cold.

The staff is so friendly and service is very fast! The best Dairy Queen in Erie

The atmosphere in this place has not changed in 30 years. The bathroom is worse than some of the African countries I have been to. The entire inside needs totally remodeled. 4/10

The staff was not welcoming and the place was groos. The floor was so sticky everywhere and the bathrooms are disgusting.Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian option is a grilled cheese kids meal.

Product is good, but the hours at this location vary so much. You never know when they will close early... just kind of annoying.

Showed up 30 mins before close and there were cars in the drive-thru but the employees turned everything off and watched us leave after sitting at the order menu. You are open until 9 that means 9

I was shocked when we got our total for our blizzards. $9 for one large. This DQ HAS to charge more than other DQs because if not then every single one of these restaurants would be out of business for basically bankrupting people who want to buy their food. It wasn’t even worth $9. Don’t even bother going to this DQ unless you want to pay double for your food. I should’ve said forget it and driven off. Absolutely ridiculous, especially in this horrible time of inflation. Can’t even enjoy a simple mediocre ice cream without going into debt.

Not sure what's up, last night I drove by and the street level sign was not on, but the neon sign in the window said "open". I would have kept driving if I had not seen another person in the drive through. Really....I should have kept driving. Not only did the place look closed, but when I told the person at the window that the light on the street was off, they simply did not care. Now, my burger was ready in a time period that suggested that Dairy Queen is capable of warping time and space. I live about 0.1 miles from this store, nearly on top of it.....when I got to my home and immediately sampled a fry they were cold, my burger was room temperature and tasted horrid. It is obvious that both items had already been made and was sitting around. The only good thing was the Blizzard, but you really can't mess that up. I would like to have my 13$ back. Burger King does a way better job. I would return only for ice cream related items.

This specific DQ location is always clean and the staff is wonderful. They go above and beyond to ensure every visit exceeds my families expectations.

The cashier who rung us up might have been the rudest person that I have not had a confrontation with ever. She was complaining to her boss about having to work. She miss Wrangler order. She's whined about wanting to go home while we were standing there. She did not get all of our order the manager had to go back and get it. The dining room was dirty and outdated. The onion rings are overcooked the burgers were undercooked. It was just all in all a not good experience
