They always get my order right, service is great, everyone is always so nice. Have to take away some stars because this is the 4th time I have received food that was STILL FROZEN. Very unacceptable and not what I am paying for. The end is usually warm but definitely not even nearly cooked through enough. AND They also put WAY TO much ice in their drinks. I took 4 sips of my medium chai and it's gone ?. Love this place but I'm appalled that I keep getting not just cold, but frozen food. Upsetting.

I really wish I could give a higher rating, but it seems every time my boyfriend and I go through the drive thru, they either somehow screw up our order, forget something, or just don't know what they are doing. One of the worst Dunkin's we've been too in terms of service.

A TOOTH? Long story short I ordered the new pancake wrap and bit into something super hard to find it looking like a piece of a tooth. It was not my tooth. I stuck it in water to see if it would dissolve (maybe sugar?) nope. I tried calling a few times and never got through so contacted Dunkin and now the remainder is in the fridge. It could be like a tooth filling maybe or best case scenario just egg shell or something better. I just don’t think I’ll be going to Dunkin anymore.

Had to go her fo breakfast because our hotel didn't have any. We placed a mobile order for the kids and wife, I ordered in store. Mobile order, iced coffee and 4 donuts, was ready when I got there, no issues at all. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, it was fixed up quick and neat. Not a mound of cream cheese in one spot and spilling out everywhere like some places.

Sat in drive through for over 30 minutes has a mobile order and my time was wasted waiting for it everyone who works here is dumb it’s not that hard to run a drive through make the order and give it to them. Not sure what they don’t Understand here.

Went later in the night at 8:32 on November 24th, not a single car was in the drive thru and their inside was closed and our drinks took around 10 minutes to make. Then they proceeded to mess up all but 1 order and then forgot our straws. Poor management

New store 3330 W. 26th street in Millcreek that just opened. There were FRUIT FLYS on the donuts. Mgmt was "just" texting her other store Mgr to see what to do. I told her THROW them out. She said she had to wait to be told what to do. They were still selling the donuts at the drive thru window. They weren't concerned at all. The cases had no backs to enclose the case. Very UNHEALTHY. I hope they get closed and it's gets into the newspaper.I left and immediately filed a complaint with the health dept.DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ITS UNSANITARY.

They rejected my Uber Eats order which included the Chorizo and Egg wrap. I completely understand if they're extremely busy but it's really not cool to straight up reject an order like that.

Not sure why people are in the buisness of customer service if your not friendly. Said good morning never recieved a good morning back. Ordered a doughnut with my drink and when I said I'm sorry but I didn't get my doughnut she said u ain't order one. Very unprofessional and not customer service friendly. I hate going here late cause I miss my usual cashier. Ordered a Carmel Kraze iced latte the drink was very good, even tho they forgot my cinnamon and sugar on top.Parking: Sometimes if you park and it's a busy time of day...parking is available but hard to get out of the lot, cars are in the line behind your vehicle making if difficult to leave .
Unless you wish to be extremely disappointed in your morning coffee, you may wish to go elsewhere. Their ice coffees are always way to watered down, and never a good consistency with their hot choices.
