Always SO impressed with this bakery!I gave no direction for this cake, except to have it match the topper I brought in. They knocked it out of the park! Prices are so reasonable, too. Have ordered cakes in the past and they’re always so beautiful AND delicious!

I love giant eagle I'm there 3 to 4 times a week. It's where I buy all of my groceries. The food is fresh and there's always so much to choose from however, this year I was extremely disappointed in the bakery for not offering the apple dumplings.... it is a family tradition for us every year. I actually called the bakery to see if I could even special order them. They said they would call me back, but I never received a call back. Not understanding why they would take away a bakery Favorite, or why I was not even given the option to special order them. Very disappointed.

The way they make you feel when you come into the store the greeter is what stands out in my memory his warm smile and friendly demeanor made people want to come back again and again

I have been shopping at Giant Eagle since I moved back to Erie 5 year ago. As of yesterday I will no longer be a customer. My husband went to your store to pick up a few items and forgot a BAG. He is 75 years old and your good employees would not even put the 5 items in the cart for him, they just stood there. This is unacceptable and not customer friendly..SHAME ON YOU GIANT EAGLE. I hope this is worth it to you to lose customers. I’m not the only one who feels this way. I know other customers that have stopped shopping your store because of the customer service. At least Wegmans employees are friendly and courteous. You all need to be trained on customer service. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Giant Eagle on Interchange Road

Front end manager needs to go back for lessons on customer service. She is very rude and intimidates her cashiers. I am taking my business to 12th street. Oh yeah I don’t need reminded an HOUR before you close to get my final purchase.

This is by far the best bakery experience I have had in Erie anywhere. I could not be more grateful and appreciative of the kind and creative staff that prepared a wonderful cake for my son’s birthday. Not only does the cake taste delicious but the imaginative minds of the bakery staff deserve kudos. This isn’t the first time. Consistently and time and time again they spend time with me and offer suggestions and they always assure my order exceeds any expectation. Thank you Interchange Rd (Erie) Giant Eagle bakery staff. Your work is much appreciated and your team is outstanding.

closest to my home. clean store BUT poor check outs. last few visits I have noticed on my receipt that I was double charge for same items and then yesterday bought coconut oil (expensive) and noticed that I was charged for the oil but it was never packed - got home and found I didn't have!!! Also, I was double charged for 'power greens' (again expensive). I placed a call to customer service and got no where with the inexperienced person that answered the phone!! I will not be returning to any giant eagle grocery store nor will I be continuing with their pharmacy. I spend good hard earned money weekly/monthly at this store. If they can't appreciate a good customer then I will not waste my time or money there again.

Cashiers are great. the management is rude. A old lady with short blonde haircut followed us around to tell us multiple times that they closed at 9. It wasn't even close to closing. She was ignorant and i spoke to the manager and he walked away with our a care.

Tonight, after working over a 12 hour day, I grabbed my daughter and ran to giant eagle for formula and groceries for my family. We got there at 8:40pm, and the store closed at 9. I get through 90% of the isles in that 20 minutes until I hear for everyone to check out because the store is closing. I don't understand if the customer service desk is supposed to open at 8:00 Why when the worker name Ron works he never opens on time. It's 8:05 am and I (customer) have to call the store while I'm in line letting whomever know we were waiting. Very RUDE and never even apologize
