We went on 2-22-24. For 2-23-24 lunch.I got me a 16 inch #15 for My lunch yesterday at work which is a $17.00 sandwich with salt and vinegar chips and a pickle. Move to yesterday at work 12:46pm. I opened my sandwich to find NO TUNA, just cheese, cucumber, tomato and oregano. I wanted to cry. I'm in school so this meant I had to wait till 3:30 till School was over to get food and cant leave students to go get food. I was out of alot of money. I am so disappointed. I can tell you exactly what the girls look like that Made my sandwich and who worked the register. Educators don't have money just to throw away on a 17.00 sandwich. So disappointed. Note: I don't live close to just drive to exchange. I did take picsI wanted to post the pics but don't see how to

Stopped with a soccer team to pick up an order. An hour after the pickup time we are still waiting on the order. If they are not staffed properly they should turn down the order.
The man working on Wednesday, August 9 at 12:10pm needs to learn how to follow an order ticket and customer service. They made the sandwich wrong the first time and we went back inside to get a new one made, without tomato or mayo. He snagged the sandwich out of my girlfriends hand and remakes the sandwich with mayo. We had to go back inside for them to make our sandwich for the 3rd time! Olivia was kind enough to make it for us the correct way. I'll go to Jersey Mike's next time I want a sandwich.

We did not eat. We paid, but there was such a long wait, we just left. Apparently, they had an order they were trying to fill, but couldn't be bothered waiting on any of the customers who were actually there. Nor did they tell us when we ordered that we would have to wait an inodinate amount of time.
