Just got a chicken salad sandwich to go…. It was basically just lettuce & a couple grapes with one piece of chicken. Absolutely ridiculous for how expensive the menu is now. At least give customers the full product they’re paying for.

This is suppose to be an iced COFFEE with cane sugar and half n half..it’s literally just a cup of milk, this has repeatedly happened the last few times I’ve come and I have to go in and make it correctly..someone needs to teach the workers how to make a coffee!

Panera bread is certainly among my to go places when I visit a new area, and usually don't disappoint me.This is not the first time I bought a half gallon green tea and it is leaking! Happened to another location as well. Clearly this is an issue with the bottling from Panera bread factory, not specifically this store!This is certainly a flaw, get it addressed!Staff was helpful, rebagged the items and ready to go in a couple go minutes.

Really rude staff. I just wanted to order some soup as a pick me up but when i was super friendly with the staff member i was left with negativity like they didn’t want me to be there. It made me sad to think that some place that I wanted to go to was so rude and dismissive. Not sure i’ll be going to back to a panera bread if they don’t get their selves together.

This Panera is about average, a little slower than some. The food was great, the pizza especially (a traditional margarita with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil).The macaroni and cheese was good but what I will call "Nontraditional" made with shells and white cheddar cheese. The drive through is closed, the curbside pickup is working.

Always a pleasant place to stop and grab a coffee of something to eat. Clean and well staffed.

We came in at about 9:15pm and they close at 10pm. And we could tell they did not want to be there. They even mentioned that they where closing soon again it was only 9:15. We enjoyed the food though. But they really need to work on guest experience

I was driving through Erie and stopped here for lunch. And I will never go back at this location. I dont want to play the race card but to the young lady that made my food don't throw the food at me next time if there's a next time. You know who you are.
