So I came for lunch today and ordered for myself a pick two, and a friend of mine a half a sandwich and normally only order the pick two so I did not know the price of the half a sandwich. They told me one total at the ordering window, and when I got to the window, she stated a different total. I politely just said hey can I get a receipt too please And she acted like I was asking for $1 million and like huff and puffed at me maybe they give you a receipt anyhow and I didn’t need to ask but I didn’t know. She was an older woman and definitely had a bad attitude which sucks because their food is pretty decent , I just much rather go to the one at the other end of peach Street than this one at Keystone Drive because it’s not the first time I’ve had issues here. Do better lady!!!

I love love Panera Bread. Not only is the food fantastic, the staff and atmosphere are second to none. It's my favorite place to eat lunch and still be able to open my laptop and work.

STAY AWAY!!!We are frequent guests to Panera Breat around the Tri State area. New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. Normally greated with a smile, great food, and a clean place to eat. That is, NORMALLY! This location failed on all 3. Greated by the manager with a snarl, the food was dry, and the place was disgustingly dirty. Food on the ground at the base of many tables and tables looks like they haven't been touched in hours. No customer service. The manager looked freyed and very unprofessional. FOOD tasted as if it has been left out all day. Very dry.

Needed a quick sandwich and a coffee for an early morning road trip. Panera never disappoints. Only wish they were everywhere.

Panera makes good food but their prices are higher than Willie Nelson. It seems like the kind of place its own employees can’t afford. The atmosphere - decor, lighting, signage - is a pretentious attempt to justify the prices. The real shining attribute is the employees who go above and beyond for a clientele that often doesn’t deserve their efforts.

The employees are nice and food good. And, it has gotten way more expensive, more so than other places. Probably why the place is mostly empty when it has always been full.

The nappa chicken salad sandwich had approximately 1 tablespoon of chicken salad, this was very disappointing.

It's not a bad Panera. My only gripe with it is no one knows how to line up to order so people were just everywhere. Note: it seems like their hours do vary from what is posted online. When I went there, they did post that they were closing an hour earlier than normal hours.

Great food, try the orange scones. We use their community room for meeting, it's free, you can't beat

I love Panera. But you pay $13 for a quart of a sandwich. I paid $8 for a small Mac and cheese and another $8 for a small salad that was 99% lettuce. It should be criminal to charge so much. The staff was excellent. They made me a special pup cup for my small dog upon request. It's just the price of food is insane. I need a second mortgage to have lunch here. I highly recommend the steak and white cheddar toasted sandwich. It has this amazing horse radish sauce on it, so good.
