We were passing through Erie and found Proof when searching for brunch spots and were not disappointed. Our server Sam was friendly, the service was pretty quick and the coffee was great. The food was all delicious. The grilled pineapple dessert was the perfect ending to the meal. Would definitely stop by again if I were in the neighborhood.
Proof Kitchen is definitely the best place in Erie!!! Starting with how accommodating they were to me having a gluten allergy, they had the chef come to the table and explain everything on the menu and what I could have!! This is what all restaurants should be doing!!! Fantastic job!! Started with the roasted vegetables very simple but executed to perfection!! Joe, Eli, and the entire crew at Proof do an absolutely fabulous job providing a unique, delicious, and perfectly prepared meal in a relaxed environment. If you haven't had brunch at Proof yet, get there!
