Salty! I've been to QSL in multiple locations. This one was not good. I ordered a steak sub and it tasted like the lid wasn't on the salt shaker when to cook added salt. The overall experience was hardly great, service was good, but it's connected to a water park so it smelled like chlorine and had families running through it in bathing suits... not necessarily a complaint, just an observation.

I understand it gets busy. But I waited for 25 minutes for a pick up order that was supposed to be ready.... an eighty dollar order and then had to go back because it was missing items and come to find out, it was still missing another whole meal after I went back, so by that time, it was too late. But they couldve at least given a discount for the inconveniences.

1.Got seated with no eating utensils. The kid ordered dozen chicken wings, my women orders the steak , and I ordered 2 chicken breasts dinner with garlic parm sauce. I had to ask for eating utensils.Then I asked for the rice that the chicken was supposed to be served on. The server said "Oh yeah, another table asked the same question". Doesn't the cook know the dinners in the menu? No steak knives were available, she said it's hectic back there and they're all dirty. I flagged down a guy and he got me a butter knife said it's the best he can do. The chicken never came with the sauce so it was just served char broiled dried chicken breasts no flavor. Actually tasted liked when you burn a pan flavor. Then finally the bill comes and Kristiana apologized that it charged for the sauce and she knows she forgot it so she will pay the 1.00 herself since she can't find any manager. I said what kind of joke are they running? Then the combo wings and wedges had to have 5.00 charge fixed (someone fixed it) . Not sure who was at fault if the cook blamed the server, the server blames the establishment, a manager on duty should make sure these simple things are not happening and when they do make it right on the spot . But this place at Splash Lagoon sucks. They just take advantage of the fact that they are right in front and connected to the building so management just clearly doesn't care. I carefully read through the reviews and could see the lack of concern on their part .

Eight of us arrived later in the night, but you would have never known by the positive attitude and contagious smile worn by our server Brittany. She was focused and eager to answer questions and take our drink and food orders. She hustled and worked hard to make sure we were treated as her guests!! Before the night ended, she rounded up some of her crew to sing happy birthday to one of the kids in our party. We WILL be back and ask to sit in Brittany’s section!

45 minute wait with a line out the door and tons of empty tables. This means they can’t appropriately staff. Waiter was boring, medium steak was well done, chicken tenders burnt.

We had reservations and waited a have hour after reservation, understanding they were busy. Then after 15 min had to go ask for a waitress. Then the bowling machine broke took another 20 min to be fixed. Then the shut us down and didn’t even get 2 games in. Shame on

My wife suggested we go here for family time. I ended up at a dispensary instead of the restaurant. Totally fine with me but the wife wasn’t ready to start the kids this early in life on da weed. Found my way up the street, they have mini bowling. My kid kept dropping the bowling balls on peoples tables. We got kicked out. 10/10 would do agai.

Waitress and atmosphere were great. Had ordered pizza. Pizza had to of had close to a Lb of cheese on it. I like cheese but not that much. Won't get pizza again.

I would not recommend visiting this location. Had a 20-25 minute wait and once seated we were told they were all out of bone in wings. Ordered our food including an appetizer. Waited 20 minutes and flagged down waitress about our appetizer. They had brought it out earlier but gave it to another table. A second appetizer came out but the server tried to give it to another table again. Made it through the meal which wasn't all that good and finally got the check, they tried to charge us for TWO appetizers. Horrible service. Will not be dining here again.
