Appears to be undergoing renovations and does mention new ownership on the menu. Stopped in while traveling through the city and the food was great. The chicken tawook skewers were amazing.Kid-friendliness: Staff had no problem accommodating my picky eaters

May God have mercy on the workers/owners/cooks. The food portions were excellent and the food was delicious. Really helped me survive. Thank you for such a a service to humanity. I really would hope that the rest of America gave such good portions without charging an arm and a leg. I really felt like they were trying to feed you and do a service for humanity. Please do your best and help fellow humans survive and eat nutritious, delicious food. Only thing is, looks like they are raising prices. I'm glad I got a chance to experience them before they started making more expensive.

3rd class services.Broken washroom sink.No toilet paper. No paper towel. No cleanliness all around. No good service while order. No taste in food except chicken kabab. At the last, the owner added 18% tips on total amount by himself. Tip is always volunteery if the customer likes the service, tip will come likely. And he charged for one extra rice wothout being order. Beware of these cheaters.

I ordered after hearing from a few friends about it as well after trying a little bit at a friends house. I would gave the food a 7 or 8. I ordered a Shish tawook and in the choices I asked for bread but got rice instead and a soup and no salad unless they call onions on the rice salad, also ordered Chicken Biryani which I know that comes with rice and there was no salad. Unless the in the Middle East, Chicken Biryani is a different dish than the Indian or Pakistani, because general Biryani is layers of meat and rice with curry, so in others words chicken curry is mixed with rice but one layer or meat and gravy and one layer of rice and same again. This Biryani had rice and two chicken legs sitting on the top, and general Biryani is served with salad and raita which is yogurt with splash of water and vegetables but like I said that this may be the middle eastern way. The portion was generous but the taste was very bland and plain not much taste, I doesn’t like too spicy so it seemed good but could use a little taste. I will try once again and if the things are missing again than it be my last time.

Sent chicken instead of lamb biryani! half skewer of chicken tawook was charred! The stuffing was ice cold and ready made factory stuffing dolmas bought from the restaurant depot!

Our experience at this restaurant was far from enjoyable. Upon entering, the atmosphere resembled that of a local eatery in a less developed region, with utensils lying around face-up on the counter sides, which they sometimes also use for serving. I feel they have questionable hygiene standards. We opted for the Chicken Mandi, which, while not terrible, fell short of our expectations and didn't quite match the Mandi experiences we've had elsewhere. It's possible this variation could be regional. What truly irked us was the automatic 18% gratuity fee added to the bill, which we found rather uncool. I hope the restaurant can work on the issues to improve customer satisfaction.

The food was so good! So much flavor and the portions are HUGE. The hummus was very tasty, and the seasoning on the chicken, which falls off the bone and melts in your mouth, was just perfect. I don't live near here, but if I did, I would eat here often.
