It was late when my wife was released from the emergency room at Hamot and she was starving...I appreciate the patience the workers had with us bc our order was over $45 by the time my wife stopped asking for things ? this was also the first time we've received everything and it looked and tasted amazing. Where we live, you're lucky if your taco is folded let alone all of your food being in the bag. Props to the late night crew!

Another person had gotten our order by mistake so they had to make it again. We had to wait a little while, but the nice lady behind the counter gave me a chips and cheese for free because of the situation. We get food from this location a few times a week. The staff are very nice and the quality of the food is always good.

I currently have a physical disability and it would have been a lot less painful if I would've been aloud to order through the drive thru on my bike. instead I was directed to the front of the building. Not only was there no ramp on a curbed sidewalk, but a few steps stood in-between me and the door.Once in it was hotter than hot! I waited in line to order while sweating only to engage in the worst customer service I've had in an establishment in a long time.The lady was upset with something I assumed had nothing to with me. I could definitely see it on her face and her tone of voice when she spoke. She then became visibly annoyed with me when I asked her to repeat her last statement because I couldn't understand the words she mumbled. I Tried to lighten the mood with a joke about how hot it was in here, but instead she acted as though nothing I said was to be heard or listened to because not only was there no response from her... But she also got my order wrong!When I went up to reorder a different employee waited on me who was much more pleasant and attentive. I was relieved about that while still dreading the walk back to my bike.I sat down and opened the bag to eat my meal and it was cold! At this point I didn't want this terrible experience to ruin my day, so I put the remaining items in the trash..laughed it off and enjoyed the rest of my ride. SMH

What to get breakfast this morning workers was very ignorant I was waiting to see what my fiance have wanted and they was rushing me on the intercom then when I pulled up they had a real attitude she was mumbling under her breath looking very mean this is my second time encountering this type of attitude at this establishment the morning shift is very rude the lady that do the drive threw I think she's a manager I am a GM at a restaurant my self and hope she never comes to my establishment looking for a job because it's not happening
