She is a dedicated local, small business owner who is committed to providing tasty, healthy, and quick breakfast/lunch/snacks and more! Whether you are a local resident or just visiting, I highly recommend adding this little eatery to your list of must go to places! I ordered the Wrap and Smoothie Lunch Combo (Amazing deal!) and it was delicious! The Honey Mustard Chicken Wrap is so flavorful and fresh. I loved the Get Up and Go smoothie. I will definitely be ordering that again. Krystal is so sweet and knowledgeable. I cannot wait to go back!

The food here is pretty exceptional! One of the few places in Erie that serves plant-based options. The owner is also one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and really does whatever she can to enhance your experience of the food! Only comment I’d make is I wish the online website was more customizable.

The food was AMAZING! We had the veggie wrap and the impossible burger wrap! Had to buy extra for later we liked it so much! It looked family run and they were all so sweet and kind!

Had the spring thing smoothie it was really good I also ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and it was phenomenal. Great service definitely recommend if looking for a good smoothie and food.

I've been hearing about this new spot for some time now and during a trip to the area for some beach life, decided to stop by. And baaabbyyy this was SUCH a treat!! We tried the green, red beet and spring fling smoothies - all three were delish! There are other similar smoothie places I've tried and def liked but this place was a few notches better for some reason. The taste of fresh was different and I can't quite put my finger on why. My favorite was the strawberry-lemonade slushie. I didn't know what to expect because slushies for me are from places like 7-11 and that guilty pleasure was so satisfied but without the guilt!! And that felt really good!! The two chicken wraps were really tasty too, even the wraps themselves were good, not just a bland bread wrap. This place could be addictive for me if I lived or worked here. The staff were super friendly, absolutely loved them. The food hall and other surrounding eateries were nice too. Def a stop we'll need to make with each Erie visit we take.
