Asked for a muffin told they were all out. Asked for timbits and were told all they had were birthday cake. Asked for a regular chocolate glazed donut was told they were out of that and various other donuts. Ordered an iced latte and was handed a hot one. When I asked them to please fix it I could hear them in the back talking about it and using swear words. I also specifically said no whipped cream and the remake had whipped cream. It wasnt even worth correcting them again Mind you I didn't stop right before closing and no one else was in line either so I don't know what happened. Very disappointed and will not be back to this location. The one on 26th street is a million times better.

Acceptable Tim Hortons location. Somewhat cozier feel than usual, store is somewhat small and has a nice (fake) fireplace. Wifi has some issues with range towards the front of the store for some reason. Staff are nice.

Luch is supposed to start at 10am, so came here at 1056am to order lunch, nope made me pull away because they couldn't offer me lunch WOW!So I came back at 1120am walked in this time and got ignored for the first 4 minutes I was there. This restaurant is completely filthy counter is Disgusting, the windows at the counter are disgusting. There was baby in the back. This place is a joke! Oh and the wait time is ridiculous!

I Just wanna give this location a Huge shout out! I will go specifically out of my way no matter where i am to come get my coffee here. They're the only ones who seem to know how to make the build right for a cold brew. Amanda is amazing is on top of things! I just love all the morning staff that work here. They are always super friendly and fast at this location and by far my favorite out of Pa and NY!!!

The hash brown was cold in 5 minutes, which means it was sitting at the restaurant for too long. The drive thru person seems kind of rude and the kitchen was disorganized.
Truly disappointed with first time ever at this location go there every morning before work went this morning ordered iced coffee as usual and decided to order a breakfast wrap girl took the order told me the total get to window to pay and then were asking if I wanted a snack size or regular size wrap which placing the order the girl did not ask after all questions they order landed up being $1-38 more which I was charged and paid for but I I don't think I should charged for an order being rang up wrong not my fault a little upset

For the past month, we been cutting back on iced capps because they keep coming out dark and tastes too strong that it makes us sick or we try to fix it up at home. And the last breakfast sandwich I had, the eggs were old and I could not finish it as it had a bad smell but we were already home by the time we found out.

On multiple occasions over the course of the past year or so this particular Tim Hortons has been out of just about everything. While I can understand some things, sometimes, it has been beyond that.Some days you can just tell they don't feel like putting things together. Other days, they just don't have anything in stock.Today in particular as my wife requested things, they were quite literally out of every single thing she asked for. What a joke!

Worst place i've ever been! Never go there!!! Today we found bolt (nail) in our chipotle chicken wrap!!!! And lady at the window was so rude, and all she said was - “We don’t have any nails here - we can make you new one.” Are you kidding me? They even haven’t said “sorry for that”. I’m shocked. It’s so dangerous. Thank God we saw this bolt, but if not - what could be then? I’m afraid to eat their food. And I didn’t want new wraps or my money back I just don’t want to someone face the same thing! Because it’s dangerous. I hope owners will reed this post and will check the kitchen and workers!!!! There is no respect to people!!! Please share it and don’t go to this place!!!!!
