Service was the worst I have had, it wasn't even the personality of the lady, it was speed, accuracy, attention to detail. We ordered water TWICE with about a half hour in between of reminding her... Finally asked another waitress.... We barely touched our food because it wasn't good and EXTREMELY SPICY, to which we needed more water. We asked for two more waters, she brought back ONE.. the manager didn't really care that we were dissatisfied, no apologies. The only one who apologized was the bartender! She was super sweet. We spent more time sitting waiting than eating.

First time customer and was not disappointed. I met a few friends here and we were greeted and seated right away. The waitress was quick and sweet. We never felt rushed and felt very comfortable. I got the veggie pizza and a house salad, both were amazing! You have to make sure you save room for the s’mores flat bread… you will Not be disappointed ?

Always very good service at U Pick 6 Harbor House. The food is good but Menu has not changed in years. It would be nice to see a refresh. Most of the items are great and a fantastic beer and bar selection.

I had the Swiss cheese and bacon burger. The wife had the reuben sandwich. Needless to say, the burger tasted like plain ground beef with only two strips of bacon, and her reuben had only a very thin layer of sauerkraut. Paying that price for sandwiches that were mediocre is ridiculous. Service was slow, and our waitress never came back to check on our food till after we finished. Then took another 10 to 15 minutes to get us our check and the place was not even busy. I will not be going back.

Listen- Jake aka the ‘Boli-King made my evening. It was a busy evening and we sat at the “pizza bar”. This is where we first experienced the man, the myth- the legend really- JAKE. So moving forward I see this guy hand craft a magnificence unseen in this world of fast food. Then the guy told me he burnt it. Ridiculous notion. Anyway- hope you guys give Jake a raise. Our server was mediocre at best, and we only stayed to experience the ‘Boli-King’s craft first hand. End.

We went for dinner on Sunday. Our waitress was taking a bit to get to us so the kitchen manager Jake came out and took our drink order. Because of the wait the first round was on the house. When our waitress was karlee d and she was extremely pleasant when she got to us. The food was amazing as well. My boyfriend had the avocado steak flat bread and I had the sausage and peppers pizza. After our meal Jake came out again to make sure everything was good. They went above and beyond and we couldn't be happier. now to get them to bring back the blavk and Bleu burger and fries hahaha. Highly recommend going here
