Waited at the counter to order for 20min while the manager just kept walking past us and telling her employees that they were "doing a great job". She never acknowledged us once. Terrible customer service.

The food is standard Wendy's fare, but without fail they will screw up an order every time. Just not enough for me to drive all the way back.Also the absolute slowest service of any fast food restaurant.

Wow... We asked for a hamburger. The lady asked us nicely if we wanted cheese. Our answer was no. We get the food and sit down, there was cheese. I took it back and asked the lady nicely if we could have a burger with no cheese. She said that's fine and took the burger back and asked the guy for a burger with no cheese. He was very angry but made it up and I sat back down. They were yelling at each other, he used foul language and stormed out and glaring at me. I was very nervous. He came back yelling at her, more nasty language. I grabbed my 76 year old mother and got out of there. Very scary experience. I don't think the other employee and especially that lady should have to work in such a toxic environment like that. I was scared.

Really annoying when you don't close until MIDNIGHT and you start ignoring the 3 cars in the drive thru that were there before 1130. Two cars parked at the pick up window, one of which jumped the entire drive thru line to get there. They were given food while the speaker in drive thru stayed silent. No one would answer any calls to make an order. Jan. 19th 11:30 pm

We're a family of 5 so our orders aren't all that small. We had 2 chicken nuggets kids meals, a son of baconator no cheese meal, asiago chicken meal and I tried to order their cheap menu chicken sandwich which was $2.69. instead, they charged me for the $6+ chicken sandwich. We sat at the drive thru window for 15-20 minutes waiting for the food. Anywho, we received the asiago chicken meal, 1 chicken nuggets kids meal, a junior deluxe burger and a double cheeseburger. Had to travel all the way back to get it corrected. They still ended up putting cheese on th baconator and we had an extra jr bacon cheese burger again.The staff is nice, I think they're just overwhelmed and new. I could be wrong. If so, I'd avoid at all costs.

Crooks and need to close. Place a Mobile order waited in line for 10 mins just to get told the machine was down, I had to call to get a refund. Why charge me for an order then if you can make a system that works. It’s ridiculous! Employees are always playing on they phone or have headphones in like the other reviews says. Not a nice place at all. I’ll take my money to any other restaurant.

Where to start I come to this place every day and enough is enough they are racist towards white people very dirty place kids got head phones in playing on there phones food is cold coffee always cold and old one little piece of bacon on my sandwich I work hard for my money I don't care if I spend one dollar or 20 I expect something decent for my money not garbage and rude service kid took my order messed everyone's orders up I sat and watched I'll never go back no napkins just filthy while there all outside smoking

Stopped tonight (New Year's Eve) after the Otters game. The place seemed understaffed, especially for the unexpected crush of folks coming from the game to cash in their prizes from the game, which made matters worse. However, the ownership and management of this franchise should give a special thanks for the workers from 6:30 onward. They dealt with the crush of customers, were gracious and patient. They are to be commended and thanked.
