Service was not friendly. First of all when we walked into the Wendy’s on west 12th Str in Millcreek there was no one around. No employees or customer. Had to call out several times before employees surfaced. Then we felt like our presence was an inconvenience for them. Enough said!

Paid for a #1 and a 4pc nugget. Opened the bag and got nugget and fries, no burger. Going back to get my burger and getting back home would take 30 minutes. I was the only car in the drive through. No reason to rush.

Manager made me wait for an hour to tell me that my pickup order was never in the system and i never got my money back. Every time i go to a wendy’s the wait time for the drive through is crazy long, and they also never give me straws for my drinks unless i ask. i like the food but the rest of the service sucks.

Very unusual experience the other day at this Wendy's on West 12th in Millcreek. Two tables were occupied, and we were the first at the counter. It looked like they had plenty of staff, I saw 5-6 plus the manager. I had a small order, and the group behind me also had a small order. We waited about 20 minutes, 15 at the soonest, and got our order. The fried were like warm and being hard. Burger was dry and cold. An item was missing from the order as well. The interior was very dirty with uncleared tables, and floors had trash that needed picked up. The employees I interacted with were polite, I think they just needed proper supervision and leadership. Two different skill sets that some of these young fast food managers just don't have yet. When I do stop at a fast food place, I would stop at Wendy's as their food is usually good and maybe this store was having a bad day, but their bad day affects the day of the customers and they tell there friends about it. The worst kind of word of mouth you can get.

This place is terrible, another 20 minute wait for cold fries, rock hard burger buns, missing items, cold chicken sandwiches, no receipt, 35 hard earned dollars thrown away, my 9 month pregnant partner called a bit** when she came back in to question the quality of our meal. Save yourself the aggravation, go somewhere else. Wendys need to check themselves.

If you are interested in missing 8 super bowls and 2 presidential elections to enjoy some decent fast food please go to wendys but if you are like every other person and your time is important than never waste your time at any wendys. They will waste your time being crazy slow and will mess your ordee up just ad much as other fast food chains. Wendys isn't worth it

Went through the drive through at 2:35 and 2:47 today to try and get something that I ordered in the first place. Didn’t realize that it was so difficult to put the right food in the bag. Management/supervisors are more concerned about gossip and making jokes about customers than actually taking care of their customers to begin with. I’m still owed a baconator I never received. Even when I asked for it 2 different times. Thanks 12th street Wendy’s trash. I just wanted my food.

My nuggets were fine, but please teach the female worker with the dyed dark red hair to not overfill the frosties! Mine was overfilled, causing it to leak, and now I have to clean my cupholder. I also had to pour it into a different cup when I got home. Also, she never told me what my total was at any point in time.

I used to like this Wendy's, but because of the time of night I like to go, I get the same workers who are ruining it for me. I thought the WHOLE purpose of ordering through the mobile app was to save time? So I don't know why, both times now when I used the app, that my food isn't getting started until I tell them I'm there! I had to order a frosty to get this 20% off deal, it was 11:15 when I placed the order. I waited 15 mins before I went to the restaurant, which is 5 mins away. I sat there for over 5 mins before the employee told me she had just taken the frosty machine down & wanted to know if she could give me something else. I said no, because what am I supposed to get that's equal to a large frosty? She just stands in the window staring at me, I'm like yeah? With attitude she says, Well what do you want me to do then? I tell her the order was placed 25 mins ago, you just took the machine down a few mins ago, so you should've gotten the frosty before that. I said you can refund me the $ for it then, she says OK walks away, comes back 5 secs later saying they can't refund mobile orders. Proceeds to stand there and stare at me again, I say I don't know what you want me to tell you then, so finally just to get her to stop staring & making things awkward I tell her a lemonade. Few mins later, hands the drinks out saying what each are, and when she said the one is coke, I said that's coke that color, it looks like iced tea. Sure enough it was watered down warm coke that was probably poured as soon as the order came thru, yet couldn't get the frosty then & stick it in the freezer to keep it from melting. This same employee wanted to talk about customers the last time I had the pleasure of dealing with her. She didn't realize she left the window open some so I could hear everything she said. When she forgot 2 orders of nuggets & I told her they were missing she began to argue with me about how she knew she put them in the bag. I started pulling food out to show her they weren't there when she says, there's nuggets in there I see them. I shoved the bag at her and say show me the nuggets. She sees that shes wrong but not so much as an apology comes out her mouth! So if you want Wendy's, I suggest not going on the shift that closes, since this seems to be when she works.Parking: Plenty of parking surrounds the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking near the entrance, but the doors aren't automatic.
