Stopped in this place after tractor pulls last night got there just about 9 pm. Went to grab a seat and bartender said someone was there so we moved down to other OPEN seats. Asked another patron if kitchen was still open and he said it closed at 9, okay with that. We got up and walked out after the bartender ignored us for over 15 mins. Knowing we were sitting there. Guess they don't want new customers.

My wife and I went out for dinner. We decided to try Yiannis Greenwood Tavern. It has a deck and casual atmosphere.
My wife's chicken salad consisted of white not ripened and hard tomatoes, end pieces of peppers, hard white lettuce (the part you would normally throw away), cold chicken, and watered down salad dressing. Not edible.
My chili was cold... not warm, but cold.
Laying the terrible food aside, the experience was awful.
The two of us were accompanied by my medical alert (service) dog. As we entered the outdoor patio, we were stopped by a waitress who told us that dogs were not allowed. We carefully explained that we had a service dog and if he were not allowed we would have to leave. We also carefully explained that not allowing a service dog was an infraction of federal law. She asked us to wait while she asked her manager.
She came back to us and said all was well and seated us. (We were the only customers on the patio.)
After we were served, the waitress came back to us and told us we had to move to a picnic table outside the patio. It was located in unkept grass in front of a next door house. We refused as I was finishing my burger and fries.
Soon a second waitress appeared and told us the same thing - only this time telling us we had to show papers for a service dog. We carefully explained that there was no such thing as service dog papers. She disappeared and a third waitress appeared and told us that the manager told her to tell us we were not welcome unless we pick up our meals and move to the offsite picnic table.
We paid the bill, tipped the waitress $10 and left.
In case you were wondering, my service dog is well-trained, quiet, lies at my feet and is non-disruptive. It is not only the illegality that irks me, but being ripped off with cold chili, a salad that was not edible and a dry burger.

Took our friends, 5 of us, here for supper tonight.
We walked into the dining room with reservations at 5:00. There was very little lighting and the dining room was totally empty. Stood there about 10 minutes. Nobody acknowledged us, so we walked to the back closet to the bar, which I was hoping to avoid, but nobody was waiting on n us out front. Again sat there till some guy said someone would soon be with us. Maybe the owner?? Didn't act too concerned we were there.
Music was very loud. We had to ask for it to be lowered so we could talk and not yell at each other.
The $17 fish was a joke, so small, not even enough to fill you up. Thank goodness we bought several appetizers...one if which they offered, but didn't have.
I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which included fried onions, bacon, cheese....mine only came with lettuce and tomato and nothing else on it. It was dry. Bun was not fresh. Had to ask for mayo. The waitress says she couldn't just the price because it was already in the system. She did offer to get me some bacon, but it wasn't the item I ordered which included other toppings, so I said no.
The waitress said she'd bring out our appetizers, and then our entrees. She brought our guest entree out with the appetizers. He left it sit (and it got cold), till the rest of the groups entrees came because he didn't want to sit there watching us eat while he would have had his finished by then.
Drinks were not filled up regularly. Waitress checked in on us one time.
It was just a very poor experience. Very disappointed. Wasn't worth what we paid.
Parking: Place was all but empty. Plenty of parking at 5:00.

We stopped in because their patio seating looked inviting on a nice day 😁 very cute place. Pretty extensive menu and prices are really reasonable. We had the fish sandwich, the cordon bleu chicken sandwich and the crabcake sandwich. They were all fresh & delicious! The crab cake was quite impressive, we were all surprised 🤣

Greenwood is our favorite place. They have great food, ice cold beer, and the best service. The atmosphere is very relaxing and a lot of fun. The deck is always nice in the summer.
