The Great American Grill at the Hilton Garden -

a normal Hilton garden Inn, and there is not a lot around it, but overall it was clean, quiet and pleasant. the staff was excellent and friendly. there are not a lot of restaurants nearby, so you need to Uber to most things.

Finding a piece of broken glass in the bed pretty much is a bad start. Molasses-speed WiFi didn't help. Thirsty? A bottle of ginger ale is $4.50. Few staff in evidence, and most were not helpful. Hampton Inns are much better.

We chose this hotel because of the EZ on-off to route 309 and the closeness to Fox Chase Cancer Hospital. The staff was very nice, cheerful! The room clean. Other than a broken microwave, it was a nice stay.

I would not stay there again i was horrified that my sisters and I had to stay in the room after finding something brown and sticky on the sheets . The room smelled like marijuana when we returned from our evening out

Horrible Horrible Horrible! I will never stay here ever again. I would not recommend this hotel to friends, family and colleagues. There were so many problems from the check in to room AC problems to the breakfast service, etc. etc. etc!!!

the front desk was good and welcoming and the rooms were very clean and quiet and comfortable. it is hard to get all that in one with a minimal price near Phili. free parking and easy Interstate access.

our stay was pleasant, rooms are always clean and everyone at the hotel is always polite and professional with the exception of the gentleman behind the breakfast bar. We have encountered him several times on our trips to this hotel and he is very abrupt and nasty. I would imagine the people that work with him have trouble as well, he seems to be doing everybody a favor by being there.

Even though we only stayed for one night we had an extremely excellent experience. Melvin at the front desk was terrific in helping with a reservation glitch. The room was clean and ver6 comfortable. I slept like a baby

One bartender for 4 weddings and extremely poor bar selection with less than basic mixers and liquor selection. Couldn’t even order a Manhattan or Old Fashioned. Guest had couple shots of bourbon, then that was gone.

This hotel was located very close to our destination: Oreland. The bathroom could have been cleaner and the thermostat was not synced with the A/C unit. That said, we were able to manually adjust the temperature on the A/C unit. At the time of writing, the pool was closed. Wish: Install electric vehicle charging stations.

The rooms were pretty clean, although the carpet needed cleaning. The bed was comfortable. Not much decor in the room, but everything we needed was there. Internet connection seemed to have some problems while we were there. We didn't report it. There was a microwave, mini fridge and Keurig in the room which was nice. The main issue we had was with the front desk. The clerk was rude when we arrived and challenged us that we didn't have reservations because she couldn't find them under my name. I showed her ID and when she asked for the reservation number, I had to go outside to get internet connection, take a screen shot of the reservation number and go back in to show it to her. She finally found the reservation, but instead of apologizing, remained curt and unpleasant. Left a bitter taste in what should have been a pleasant stay.

The front staff and no apologies were extended to any of the guests. I called down about needing some items and the staff sounded very irritated and disturbed. I did not see the manager on my way out.

The hotel had clean rooms and the staff was delightful. I would stay there again. It was convenient as was right off the highway. I ate on 1 night and the salmon was great. I would recommend to other business travelers.

Unfortunately it was a bad trip from start to finish, the check-in Person got my stay all wrong, I couldn’t get my room cleaned or could I get fresh towels without mentioning a bad review for this “5 -star property” I couldn’t get additional bed linen, and they messed up my check out, tried to give me three extra days, you name it was a bad weekend.

This was a nice hotel with great and courteous staff. The pool was closed even though the website did not indicate that. Overall, nice rooms and atmosphere. This was also a nice location because it was close to the highways and other places of interest.
