I’m updating my review they went down hill fast, it definitely isn’t like when they opened if you order a specialty pizza you don’t get much on it I just got a pizza with no cheese!

they canceled my order, when i called to try to get some sort of explanation, they just had there phone disconnected.
Frustrating and no resolution. just a simple explanation instead of the straight refusal to uphold posted and advertised business hours

I don't even give them 1 stars I got a small chz pizza ans a 6 inch sub with no lettuce or Tom nothing and it cost me 21 and I gave we the guy a damn 15 tip..never again..dominoes count ur days

So the food is good. We never complain when it comes to the pizza and wings, but the cinnamon twists seem to dip in quality. Sometimes, if you're lucky, you get nice fluffy twists. Other times, you get small ones without any cinnamon because it's melted off or missed the twists.

I placed an online order for Alfredo bread bowel, instead of calling me to let me know that they are all out of the sauce they completely replaced it with something else not informing me of this change. When I received the food and ate 1 bite I almost puked. They replaced it with some type of garlic base and it was the worst. I called back they explained what happened and we agreed I should get a new one free of charge keep in mind I tipped well and paid for delivery. Well tonight I call for my free one and they make me pay almost 4 dollars for delivery. I told her what happened she did not care all I wanted was the food I was promised. I do not have a vehicle to pick up this food I told her that I will not be ordering from them ever again

We did pick up. Our food was good no complaints there the store was clean no complaints there !! However it took 20 minutes just for some to take my order ( they may have been new I don't know) however say your new tell your customer! If you need Help get your manager or something!!! 20 minutes is ridiculous to take an order!!! Then I get told 20mins for pickup . Okay get there was a little early. However it took 45 minutes to get our food!! Plus there were still people waiting ahead of us waiting for their food !! Your team needs to shape up and get it together because this will NEVER workout with this kind of service !¡!!! Get it together know your specials , know what you have and don't have in your store !!!! Mangers you really need to help your crew this really reflects on YOU!!

I have no idea how the Franklin, PA store has over four stars, because they have been abysmal for me FOUR TIMES in quality or even correctness or timing. Just absolutely terrible. I have no personal problem nor do I know anyone who works there; but not just me…but numerous other people have given up because it’s a horrible store/location. I personally wish I could manage it. True.
