I placed two orders of crabs to go to two different addresses as Christmas gifts for family members totaling over $500. One of them received their crabs, no problem and stated that they enjoyed themThe 2nd set sat at UPS for multiple days despite showing as delivered. Telephone calls to this company for support were never returned. When I did go through to a person, I was told that one of their employees would reach out to me. That never happened.Trying to get assistance from this company, despite the fact that I had paid for package loss recovery was a no go. Brad was very unhelpful and eventually rude to me. Even hanging up on me once. If you use this company, at the very least don’t use the package loss service. They will not be held responsible. By the time that my relative received his crabs, they were spoiled and this company did not take any accountability for any of it,, blaming it all on UPS. Not even an apology. BEWARE!!

We had my folks 50th anniversary there. Amazing. Kim was a rock star server and the food was amazing. Kim was attentive and meeting every need of every guest. Amazing with communication and invested in her work. Cannot say enough good things honestly 10/5 stars amazing. Check it out.
