Told they don't have chicken strip basket with ice cream except at lunch time. Never had a problem at any other dq this one is just terrible.

The outside appearance of this dairy queen in Girard is atrocious!!!! FILTHY,DIRTY AND DISCUSTING !!! I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHAT THE INSIDE LOOKS LIKE. I'VE BEEN THERE TWICE in 20 yrs AND WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!THE CONCRETE FOR THE DRIVE THRU HAS POTHOLES AND IS ALL CRUMBLED......WHAT AN EYESORE THIS PLACE IS FOR OUR COMMUNITY

Patiently waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 mins because the family wanted ice cream. Get up to the window to watch a young kid stick his fingers in my ice cream to wipe what was falling out of the cup. The chick comes over and said he ya go and I said if you're staff is going to stick his fingers in my ice cream he should probably wear gloves. Her response "oh" and close the door. Absolutely disgusting.
