Don't typically come here but just left and it was the best fast food I've had in a long time. Everything was hot and fresh and correct. The drive thru employee was very friendly also.

Wendy's 2 for $3 breakfast are really good. Prefer their seasoned potatoes over McDonald's hash browns any day. Have way more flavor. Also the breakfast biscuits are good. Even have caramel iced coffee now. My favorite.

Slow service, old ff, cold burgers. Never go there. The order taker/ cashier was RUDE! Staff needs to get a lot of additional training. Never ever going back there. Wendy's is Ashtabula is just as bad. I told them no pickles, as I am allergic to dill. Guess what, they put the damn pickles on my sandwich, even picking the pickles off the pickle juice was still there and I ended up with a big migraine headache because of it

This is hands down the slowest, most unorganized fast food place in town. Pop is always flat, order always takes forever and half the time they struggle to even put the order in. Y'all need to get it together or hire me to fix this place before your team puts it out of business.

I worked here for many years many moons ago. It has gone downhill so much. My order is wrong nearly everytime. I usually have to wait which is fine if my food is all hot but I get cold fries and a hot sandwich. The workers appear absolutely annoyed that you are there ordering food. I tried to figure out the app he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders when I asked if he knew what to do. I got rid of the app. I don't like feeling like a nuisance when I go to order food so I don't go. I spent nearly $30 on fast food for 2 people I expect better.

When you are ignored at the counter for five minutes and then the staff start yelling f-bombs at each other in the back, it's time to leave. This place is tragic. Don't go there.
I ordered 2 Dave’s singles and a 6 piece nugget last night and i think somthing was bad or spoiled cuz a bit after I ate your food I was non stop throwing up I did the survey and of course nobody reaches out to me this location went down hill big

Ordered on line. Service was fast and good customer service. The fries were cold and not good. I could tell they were old. I tried them as soon as I was handed the bag. Should have asked for fresh ones but to tired and should not have to.

Frosty was so full that the lid wouldn't fit. Made a mess all over myself and inside car. Common sense would have been to empty some out before you give it to customer.

My husband & I stopped for late night dinner about 850pm. We ordered 2 value meals~ Burger and chicken wrap. We waited in the drive through about 10 mins, no explanation for the wait. No cars behind us and no one at inside dining. Restaurant was empty except for staff. 1 person sweeping the floors near the front , 1 waitress Mackenzie at the drive through window and 2 other females running back and forth with drinks in hand near drive through window. Laughing and talking loudly that I could hear from my car. Mackenzie was very polite, smiled & professional .The chicken wrap was cracked open 3 places. It felt stale or like it had been heated and got hard on the edges. It fell open and filling came out.I called and spoke to Justine the Manager. She answered the phone laughing with loud laughter in the background. I explained how the wrap was made, it was cracked and it fell apart. She apologized and said " I hate when I get food and can't eat it. I will talk to the person who made your order. Thank you for letting me know" I threw away the wrap and ate the filling..This branch used to be my favorite. I have reservation about going back again. I can see why the McDonalds and Dairy Queen was full and Wendys empty. No offer for any compensation. $11.19 for chicken wrap filling was not worth it. All around there needs to be better training~ in meal prep and professionalism.
