Waited in line to order for over 10 minutes. There was one customer ahead of us. Food took an additional 15 minutes. Four biggie bags. All but one table in lobby were dirty. Fries spilled on the floor. Food was fine though.Food: 4/5

I had a coupon for their baconater buy one get one for one dollar couldn't pass up that deal it was very good justi would've given them 5 stars but their dining room didn't open until 9 am which was kindve disappointed with that. As I really don't like eating in my car. And had errands to do .

My husband and I pulled up to order food at 7 pm and the lights were all off ! We thought they were closed for some reason , they weren’t they were closing early because they wanted to !! They took forever to serve us my husband was furious!!! They’re not suppose to close until 10:00 pm !!!! I want something done !!!!!

Everyone there including the manager has an attitude. They were screaming at each other when I went in to get the food that was missing. Everyone is just so put out with their job there. Good breakfast though.

BEST WENDY'S EVER. I had forgot to bring in lunch to work. By the time I got out I was starving half to death. Stopped here after work to get the $5 biggie bag. Everything was fresh and delicious. Fries were perfectly salted and burger had just the perfect amount of sauce. I'm from Millcreek and you never get food this good at Wendys. Thanks to the employees and management.

have an absolutely disgusted with the service lately in the Drive-Thru I have went there three or four times in the last month and every single time my order has been wrong and stuff has been missing. I call there and they act like they don't care at. basically just tell me well we'll just give you a free one I said my name is already on the list three times. well maybe it is time to go down the street with my business.

They didn't know we were in the drive through so we went in. They apologized and offered free food. We didn't take it. These people are doing the best they can under staffed!
