Not happy with this plan at all. Called on a Saturday for their Sunday hours. Was told they open at one. Got there the place was pitch black. Sat outside for awhile. Finally someone showed up for work and said the don’t open till two. So we went to the Drake Tavern. That was a good decision.

On a random Wednesday, my buddies and I decided to hang in Glenside. We went to Keswick Tavern for a beers and were treated like we were invisible by the male bartender. He served us our drinks, but didn’t check back later to see if we wanted to order anything else. He literally wouldn’t even look our direction for the next 20 minutes. Very disappointing after I heard such good things about the establishment.

Great location for going to the theater. Waite, staff is every friendly. However, our food took way too long to come out. Burger and fries were was delicious, but the grilled chicken was tough and rubbery.

The worst customer service ever. Went in for a few drinks & food. Sat at bar with a menu waited approximately 10 minutes before my girlfriend got out of her seat to get the bartenders attention so that we can order food because he had his back towards us the whole time talking to a couple ladies. Common sense if people sit at bar with a menu in hand, that means they want to order food as well. Seems like he didn't want to be bothered (body language) after my girlfriend interrupted his little conversation with his tipsy customers. Lousy service!! LOUSY!!
Hostess seemed bothered upon entry. Waited entirely too long for food in a half empty restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered wedge salad and crab macaroni as appetizers. Then wings and baked catfish as entrees. All food came out together. Received pale tilapia instead of catfish and it was obviously frozen beforehand. Wedge salad didn’t even look washed, with a half slice of bacon. Crab macaroni had literally half a forkful of crab in it and the cheeses weren’t melted! No seasoning on ANY of the food. Bartender was ridiculously loud and cursing. It was one of the worst experiences ever! Don’t waste your time, effort, or energy going there!

A group of us had tickets to the Keswick last night to watch Chazz Palminteri's 'Bronx Tale'. We decided to have dinner at the Keswick Tavern before the show.I'm writing this review because I was pleasantly surprised at what a great Dinner we all had. The staff was accommodating, the food was way beyond our expectations and the service was fabulous. We would all come back just for the atmosphere and delicious food!

I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve gone four times this year & the quality of EVERYTHING from the food to the management and the servers has gone downhill. Our server walked away from our table mid sentence several times. I had to get up from my seat just to find her due to her having us just sit and wait long periods of time. The rude little manager with the bob balled our receipt up. I’ve never had any issues with my food nor the staff prior to this year. I have no clue what’s going on. Never again.

The crab cakes are the best around. Also the sweet chili wings and cheesesteak nachos are unbelievable. Kelly the manager couldn’t be nicer.
