Only gave less stars because they gave my pre-placed hours before order to someone else and then told me it was still cooking. 20 minutes later, people whose pick up time was way after mine were in and out while I still was waiting. Asked on status and was told it was given to someone else and would have to remake and wait another 20 minutes.Other than the mix up and extra wait, the food was phenomenal!

Great location, so glad Applebee's is staying, while the Mall is going. I met my wife of 47 years at that Mall. The ribs are still great here.

Food came never came back to check an see if everything was good or needed anything
Overall the experience was okay. It took awhile before our order was taken. The server was very nice. My daughter had over cooked broccoli but it was changed out once I asked for a different one. Food tasted okay.

I love that they still have the tried and true menu options that Ive always loved. I just wish they'd make my dreams come true by making the 3 cheese chicken penne a gluten free option ? love that raspberry brisk tea on tap!

Food took for ever to get , we did the 14.99 all u can eat, two of us. When it came is was good no problem. Took 30 minutes to order next set of food after we had ate the first serving. Second set of plates came food cut in half of the first serving. Good food, after we finish it took 35 minutes to get the check, we were ready to walk out it took so long. Now remember we also had no drinks in all the time we were waiting. Very poor.
