I wish I could rate this a 0, I went on 05/07/19 and the service was horrible. There were three teenagers working and as I was walking up they were all on their cellphones and one went to take my order and literally acted bothered as if I ruined their phone time. Not to mention the place lacked cleanliness due to them being occupied in other activities other than work. Felt like having some cinnamon sticks but had a very dry mouth. Asked for a cup with water and S said they had bottled water. I said I just needed a little bit in a cup. With an attitude he tells me they don't have water, only bottled water. This might be the only Auntie Anne's theta uses bottled water to make their ice cubes, soda and Icee...

Love their pretzels, especially when they just have finished baking. My wife would ask that the pretzels be dipped again in the melted butter. It didn't matter if the were fresh and just had been dipped 20 seconds ago, she would ask they be dipped again.
