Chipotle has truely gone down hill. Food was okay, but there were about 15 peoples waiting for their pick up and by the time we went in line, sat down and ate, there was a pile of 25 people. Not a single table was clean, and had to clean it myself. Floors were gross. This is not the Chipotle I remember from a few years ago.

We love Chipotle however, we are super disappointed that they took away the sauces and sour cream to add to the bowls and such as it leaves them a tad dry. Hence the 4 stars. As for this location, it's extremely busy and tonight in particular they seemed overwhelmed with online orders as there were at least a dozen people waiting around for their food for quite some time. But staff appear to be doing their best.

I'm going to be honest this is the worst chipotle we have ever been to. Both of us got sick when we left. The steak was old I got 3 pieces and they were literally all fat. But I still got charged for the meat. The staff member didn't even ask if I wanted veggies etc. We order from the Carlisle location frequently and it's much better then this. Everything was very chaotic and disorganized. Food wasn't as fresh as usual. I doubt we will return to this store

No issues like others seem to say. Went for the first time a Tuesday night. Waited about 10 min in line and then was served efficiently and quickly. 4 stars because the juices were all empty. Asked someone about it and she said she’s ask a coworker to fill them up. 20 minutes later…done with my meal and they were still empty. Can’t be that hard to keep track of and refill.

Love chipotle, worked at one for 3 years. Remember nearly every chipotle is under staffed and full of inexperienced workers, they are doing their best. If you have to wait less than 15 minutes, mind urself. Met the GM, cool guy, cool set up and chipotle food is always stellar.

bad service we get there 8:30 pm and the girl is telling me they don't have cheese or brown rice and other item so I asked to just add nacho cheese and said that's extra so I asked how is something extra when you don't have what I want available so I'm going with and alternate because of it ... so they all start rolling there eyes and getting smart saying well if you don't want to be upcshrged for it no ......everything looked dirty and food was all over the place I'll never go there again
