The atmosphere is incredible. We were blessed to hear a live band. The service was mid. The appetizers were served 1st. Then the entrées and then the salads after that our drinks. It was backwards. The Cajun crab beignets have too much cornmeal breading. The gator nuggets were bangin'! The Purple Rayn was mid too. I'm coming back because of the live band. The best part of my meal was the house salad with shrimp even though the shrimp came after the salad. It was very good. 3/5
It was my and my partner’s first time. Music by their dj was really good. I like sweet drinks so I enjoyed “down by the bayou”. Our waiter was so friendly and attentive. Very thoughtful. Thank you for a great anniversary dinner Shoobie! (Very very sorry if I spelled the name incorrectly)
10/6 5:13pI called to simply inquire if the Vegetarian Gumbo was available and the UNPROFESSIONAL and UNTRAINED to answer a business telephone young lady's response was " mmm, I think so?" She DIDN'T bother to excuse herself to inquire with other staff or the kitchen to determine if the item was on the menu before I drove to the establishment or order via telephone.
The food was excellent. You could tell it was made fresh and they knew how to cook the food. It’s was great service. Only issue the prices on the menus were not correct and when we received the bill the food price for our items were more than the menu.
Excellent food and service. The bartender Chantelle was great. I had the fried red snapper, sweet fries and greens. A+
Food was the best came from Connecticut by far was one the best places I have eaten I am Def going back!
It has potential and the catfish was amazing... The portion size didn't match my expectations but the fish was delicious. Also, it took about 10 minutes before we were acknowledged and another 15 minutes before we received our drinks.
We stopped in after a basketball tournament on a Saturday evening. We were some of their first customers of the day. Needless to say we were seated fairly quickly. Shooby was our server. It was our first time there but it definitely won't be our last. Shooby was very attentive and accommodating. He made our visit feel like we stopped in to visit family. There were some minor hiccups on the food but he quickly addressed them. The food otherwise was delicious. The setting made me forget I was in Harrisburg. It had a chill Atlanta/Houston/N.O. vibe. The decor was modern and vibrant. The restroom was very clean. We will definitely return.
The only thing bad about this place is the parking. The food is amazing, The staff is great.
The food was absolutely amazing at this place! I had the Creole Shrimp, collard greens, and Mac & Cheese and my husband had the fried catfish, Mac & Cheese, and pintos & rice. For appetizers we had the fried green tomatoes and a small order of the collard green and chicken egg rolls. Every piece of food at this place was full of flavor and definitely had the southern taste to it. Last but not least, the staff, especially our waitress, was great. All staff were so helpful and seemed to really care about their customers. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a southern style meal.
Sunday brunch with my favorite cousin, she ordered catfish, grits, egg over easy, and bacon. I ordered sweet potato pancakes eggs over easy and bacon. The servers were friendly and helpful. The food came very fast and was hot. The atmosphere in the establishment was very comforting and happening. The menu is southern comfort and tonita her is attitude warming and she is a great help very knowledge on the items they have..! Definitely 10/10
The food is amazing! Great prices, welcoming environment and wonderful service from Tomara. If you’re in Gatlinburg, come on in and get ya some ?☠️ If you’re lucky Roman will take pictures of your family and print onsite.
I love this place a must try if in Harrisburg people good and so is the food
I had an excellent time with my family the hostess was very professional I recommend it to anyone that wants to have a nice time
Tried this place on a whim celebrating our ten year anniversary. We were so impressed with the quality of food and atmosphere. Service was a little slow and not very familiar with the menu, but everyone is hiring new help these days so we weren't bothered. Dirty Martini was very good and the crab cake was among the best I've ever had.
