We have been going here for years.. today was unbelievable… we got the text that our order was ready, so we went to the store.. we sat in a line for over an hour; only to be told it would be another hour. WHAT?? I just wasted an hour in line and gas sitting here. No phone call, no nothing to tell us not to come. This was the worst day experience ever!! We left after that.. don’t think we will go there anymore..

C’mon Giant. Quality Control. When we buy an eight piece fried chicken, can it be eight regular sized pieces? I’ve had Buffalo wings bigger than this regular wing.

Overall, the store is great. I do have two complaints, however: 1. They should bring back the salad bar. Saladworks is nice, but I would prefer to pay $6.99 (or even $7.99) a pound to make my own salad, rather than paying $10.49 for a salad at Saladworks that includes lettuce plus 5 toppings, then if you want to add an extra topping, like sunflower seeds, you get charged for the most expensive topping you've selected (which is usually the protein). Also, I've encountered many issues with Saladworks where they have messed up my order - including one time where they did not include my protein. (I usually do mobile orders so I can run in and pick it up, but now I know to check my order before leaving.) If this Giant were to bring back the salad bar, I think they should do away with the various pre-made salads and deserts on the salad bar. I never saw anyone taking any of that stuff and it drives up the price of the salad bar. If any customers want those things, they can go buy them at the deli counter. 2. "Sushi Wednesday" has been a joke recently. Today when I visited the store, there were literally two packages of sushi marked as "Sushi Special" in the display case. The display case was practically full of other sushi (not on sale), by the way. I really feel like their Sushi Wednesday has been used as a bait & switch lately. You go into the store expecting to buy some sushi that's on sale, but you get there and they don't have anything or at least nothing except a Veggie Roll or a basic California Roll. Then, you have been thinking about sushi on your way there, so you have to buy one of their full price ($12.99+) rolls to satisfy your craving. Of course you don't HAVE to... but it sure feels like the old bait & switch gimmick to me.

Quick and easy. Plus, Giant gives gas points for almost all items that you purchase. For every dollar that you spend, you will get 1 point. When you reach 100 points, you will get $.10 off of every gallon of gas that you buy. Most weeks there are 2 or 3 sections that you can look at for “gas deals.” These items are in boxes that say”Earn 5x gas rewards points” or “Buy any x items Save XX¢ per gallon.”This program is massively appreciated given today's rising gas prices.

The lady in the booth was playing on her phone instead of paying attention to customers. She also needs a lot more training in customer service, her attitude is so HORRIBLE that I decided not to spend money here and went elsewhere.
Upset with a cake order and service. I pre-ordered a cake for my son's 1st birthday. 6 days before I needed it - first they couldn't find it and when they did it looked like a 2 year old decorated it. I did get a free smash cake but it looked like it fell on the floor. I also pre-ordered balloons but they weren't ready and then they said they wouldn't last long because they were not mylar. I also pre ordered those and that's something they could have told me ahead of time instead of the day I needed them. Sounds like they wanted me to buy the more expensive mylar balloons or they just didn't want to fill my order. Thank Goodness for the dollar store and I won't be ordering cake anymore. I've never had issues like this!

3 times in 2 weeks I had to take BAD meat back to your store. Very disappointed! If someone without food knowledge had purchased they could've eating this stuff and gotten really sick.
