I am a customer of Giottti's and order from them all the time. I love the food and their bread is superb..on many visits they forgot my bread. I call, and they graciously gave me the bread.. this time, they forgot my bread on my 2 entree salads, for which I gave a tip. I called and was rudely handled by a manager, who I didn'trecognize, But he said he had worked there before and is just getting back. Whomever was managing on March 9th, 2024, at around 4 PM he needs to be admonished. They have now lost a customer ..He did not give me my bread and insisted that entree salads do not come with bread. This is not the truth. Shame on you. He LITERALLY argued with me on the phone!! Sad that I won't be back, as the staff is generally VERY nice, especially Veronio, I will miss his kind service.

This was a Thursday evening dinner and the place was busy but not overcrowded. We were able to get a booth, away from noise . Our server was professional and prompt. My friend had Chicken Parmesan and I had Chicken Carbonara on Fettuccini.Both were delicious and came with crisp house salads and dressings of choice. House and Greek dressings are both good choices.

I placed a carry out order last night,We got the salmon imperial and a NY steak and the antipasto,The salmon had no taste and looked like the crab meat came right out the can, The steak was all fat and it was under my pasta with red sauce, The host told me that right when I picked it up,He said I hope that’s okay I didn’t know you couldn’t see the steak at all, The antipasto looked like someone put two spoon of it in a container for $11, My order was 73 bucks and I even gave a 8 dollar tip, We live in linglestown and we will never come back, What a disappointment

I recently held my parents 50th Anniversary luncheon at Giotti’s. From the beginning, everyone at the restaurant was easy to work with, very flexible, and it was so reasonably priced. I would highly recommend holding your small event there or just supporting them when you are looking for a great place to eat!

Called ahead for reservation, when we got to the restaurant, we still had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated.Service was mediocre at best..Spaghetti and meatball dish was bland and meatballs tasteless..The fettuccine Alfredo had so much garlic in it that you could smell it across the table..Had high hopes reading the reviews..Would not go back
My husband and I stopped by Giotti’s for dinner this evening. The place wasn’t crowded, about half full. We were seated near the front and began looking over the menu. 5 minutes go by…no one came to our table…10 minutes go by…no one came to our table…15 minutes go by…still no one comes to our table. Not even to bring us a glass of water. The place is still only half full of people, or less by now. So around 5:30 we get up to leave and we see 4 of the wait staff/servers laughing and talking at one of the tables. We’ve had enough waiting and we left. Drove just down the road to Bellias and had a wonderful meal. Never again will we go to Giotti’s.

Giotti’s is my go-to dinner place in Harrisburg. They have a plethora of choices- all homemade Italian sauce and pasta!!! You can pick the sauce and pasta you want with each dish as well (as everything is made from scratch). The chicken parmigiana with vodka sauce is my absolute favorite I get it almost everytime I go! The staff is very friendly with prompt service and always great attitudes! The entrees come with the most delicious bread and oil as well! I recommend Giotti’s to anyone!

Something SPECIAL is going on here! Calling people out to this place even though I’d really like to keep this hidden treasure to myself. But that would be not right to these good folks here. This food was worth every calorie. Great meal, great atmosphere, great prices and great waitress. I had Chicken princepessa; chicken with crab meat in white wine with fontina cheese (opted for broccoli over pasta base) was fabulous !!! I ate every bite. Restaurant is BYOB. That’s nice as you get to bring your own wine. Sit as long as you want. Don’t rush this experience.
