I ordered a gift card from Sams Club online. I got a confirmation email, an email when it would be delivered, & an email that it was delivered. I never received my package. During this time, I ordered 4 other things that did get delivered. When I called customer service, she verified my account #, the order #, & my email address with me. The staff at this sams club make it just better than average. I'm consistently the person who "doesn't need a cart for just a few things" and then ends up buying too much. Every time, someone has offered me a hand or a cart. They always have fresh produce and meats in stock when sales are going on. I recently received a survey from Sam's Club. I responded that I thought they had priced some of the products a bit too high recently. Someone from Sam's emailed me to explain that they price "competitively" and they price match. I really don't expect to have to "price match" at a store where I pay a membership fee.
