Do not order from this place!! They are hardly ever open and if you order on the app and they are closed they don’t refund your money!! I have tried dozens of times to get a refund and keep being told only the owner can do that. I’ve left my name and number multiple times for him to call and almost a month later no call. I’ve filed complaints with BBB and my bank is currently doing an investigation. This place needs to be shut down

Worst atmosphere ever. Guy was serving his two sisters as shown in the photo. They were laughing and having fun while I waited in line being the only customer behind them for more than 20 minutes. The girls were keep cursing inside the subway. He was treating this subway like it’s his own personal restaurant and only open for his family and sisters. I walked in at 2:23 and walked out at 2:59. Pathetic and ridiculous. I’d give them 0 if I could and this would be my last visit up here and I’ll make sure to make as many people aware of this place as possible . The dude that works here His pants were half way down showing his butt and no professionalism at all. Worst subway experience ever man.

Just had the best tuna sub ever, had to wait for the employee to mix some more mayo with the tuna as it was pretty dry, but he fixed it right away. Called the store after I ate it at home and ordered a catering order hoping to get the same subs again.

The food is great quality, they are not "out" of everything you want anymore, the new staff is super nice and excited to help you.We used to get scolded by the old manager for our whole family coming here on the weekend. Guess it was too much work. NOW I feel welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: I am disabled, and this store is easily accessible.

Ordered online for pickup on Saturday, 2/11. When I arrived, was told there wasn't any bread for my order. Cashier could not refund my card and gave me manager's phone number. He doesn't answer his phone.
