A solid experience at the Texas Roadhouse on Union Deposit in Harrisburg this past weekend when I took my mom out to lunch with my 2 kids. They each ordered off the kids menu which I thought was much much better than the kids menu at red Robin. One kid got cheeseburger sliders and the other got the chicken tender meal. I would have eaten both of their plates - which is not the case with the red Robin corn dog thing for kids.My mom got the smokehouse burger which she enjoyed. I got the filet medallions with peppercorn sauce. It was okay, nothing special.The only slight negative was how long it took to get our food. The server was nice but it just took forever. And we didnt get appetizers, we sat down and just ordered right away. The manager stopped by to ask if there was anything we needed and we said "our lunch". Weird because it was not crowded at all even though it was noon on a Saturday.Anyway - for the reasonable quality of the food and the price, it was fine. Better than red Robin for sure.

The service and food were very good. I got a piece of hard plastic in my salad. Fortunately i did not bite down on it. Our server took it to the manager who came over later. She said she had no words, was sorry and did I need a doctor. Obviously I would have left if I needed a doctor. She offered nothing, no money off our bill, no comp, no drink or desert. Not good business practice.

My steak was delicious! I had a waiter named Quan, who was so attentive I felt like royalty. He was so very nice, and the place was packed with kids screaming, here and there, and he never once lost his calm demeanor. In fact, of all the different staff I observed during my meal, not one of them was grumpy or unkind; they were all smiling. My bill at the end was pleasantly inexpensive, too! Will go back whenever I'm in town.

We came for a late lunch and had wonderful service from Quan,our drinks were refilled and our plates were cleared with speed, courtesy and a smile!We highly recommend TR as the level of service has always been excellent.

I regrettably don’t remember our waiters name, but he was awesome!! We had great service here, even though we stopped by at 8:40pm. Though it was close to them closing, we still got great service. My steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare, and my husband’s steak was cooked accurately as well.

This last time, the food took over 45 min to come. I asked the waitress, and she said, "Let me check in the kitchen what's going on," and she never came back to our table. Then, after 15 to 20 min, another waitress came to our table to check if everything was good, and we said yes, our waitress said she was going to check our food and didn't come back and she said "oh I think she is backed up" to me it didn't make any sense. The manager didn't come to our table.
Food sat on hot plate for a while, waited over 35 mins for Andy steak, chicken tenders and barbecue chicken. Fries where cold, 3 to 4 employees kept sitting down with another employee having dinner with her boyfriend. Supervisor didn't care and when I said instead of all 4 of you sitting there why don't one of of you go check on my food since I've been sitting here for 35 min without any service at all, then all of a sudden our food came out. I told management about the situation with food sitting under hot plate, fries cold, daughters chicken tenders where slimy, she didn't care, she just made excuses. Told her I'll never return she said oh ok. We just paid our bill and didn't eat. So we paid over $50 for bread and drinks.
