The staff is pretty friendly and efficient minus the one server who lacks in several areas.the food is pretty good (in my opinion not the same quality as pre-fire/remodel) we've had several occasions where the food was either room temp or cold . the Tues specials tho are the best/unbeatable especially in inflating timesKid-friendliness: Same as any other place i.e crayons coloring menus and kids menu Parking: The parking is super limited and spaces are tightWheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp but it's closed in and tight dining room is tight as well it's hard to get through with a cane I couldn't imagine crutches or wheelchair
I came in with a large group and I understand that can be challenging. However, I waited for my Buffalo Chicken Sub for a good hour and a half. Others in my party were literally done eating before I got my meal. No offer to comp the meal despite the really long wait. Won't be going back...
I absolutely love the service and the atmosphere. The wings were cooked to my liking, but the lemon pepper was barely there. I got half wet and half dry. The 'wet' ones was dry and tasted like regular fried chicken, the 'dry' ones were seasoned just enough, but could've been better as well.I love that they offer bingo during happy hour I'll!I'll go back, hopefully the chicken is seasoned better next time.
Fries should always be packed separate from wet wings, Period! Y’all gotta do better!
It saddens me to write this review. As a long time patron (pre fire) this is our go to spot. Local business locally owned, that I want to continue to support but after the way we're were treated tonight I don't know if we can return. We often order take out and it was our go to during the pandemic but always had a joke what was be wrong the order upon pick up. I am not exaggerating everytime takeout was ordered it was wrong. The final straw was when it took 3 tries make the correct burger that was ordered. At this point we would just let them know, not asked to be comped, we understood times were hard so we just took a break from take out. We continued to occasionally dine in. That was until recently ,we ordered a take order this past week and two of the items are missing from the order. We had to return back to pick up the additional items. After leaving they said they would be a Credit to the account just give my name and number next order. Fast forward two days later we decide to order from here again. I go in to pick up the order they said they have no record of the Credit. I was then asked to speak to the bartender because she worked the night of the first order and she may remember me I explain that it wasn't me who picked up but my fiancé that picked it up that night I explain that to the bartender and her response was "well didn't you get your food." I said yes we got our food but because we had to come back and get it we were told there would be a credit to the account she said "I don't know why that would happen it doesn't make sense and there's no record of it" she then proceeded to get another staff member who said I can takeoff the mozzarella sticks that were ordered. I chuckled and said to her I canceled those for the order, but graciously accepted and said no problem. Upon returning home The order was not correct. We called back and spoke to the bartender, explained the situation about being comped she fully remembered, we stated that this is happened multiple times with our take-out and her response was "well maybe you should stop ordering from here." As a long time patron this honestly broke my heart, because we want to support a small local businesses and all those employed there. We know times are tough we know people are working hard but there is still a thing called customer service. We gave the restaurant multiple opportunities and honestly would've continued to order From here if someone's poor attitude and customer service didn't affect that tonight.
I travel from York to this place for wings. So I thought was the best wings in town. Well , we were dining in about 3 months ago and ordered old bay wings and bbq wings . That time our old bay wings were over cooked could barely get the meat off the bone . We ate what we could and spoke to the manager to ask if it was a new cook as we never had a issue before. She didn’t say yes or no but offered new ones , we declined . I just only wanted to let her know something was wrong that night . Because up to this point of going there never had an issue . She did comp our bill and apologized . We thought we give another shot last night , well again old bay wings overcooked and Tasted zero old bay on them. Just pure salt dry out chicken stuck to the bone . The table next to us had no wings and they complained their burgers were dry and a softball of curly fries were not edible . We didn’t speak to the manager this time because it’s obviously the cook . We won’t be back. Driving from York just isn’t worth it anymore.
Perfectly cooked steak and shrimp. I am a happy customer. Then with the French fries and the Mac and cheese all delicious. My steak was a perfect medium! Awesome.
Decent food with decent atmosphere. They are currently understaffed. There was only a couple of servers for the whole place during a busy lunch crowd. Despite that our server was excellent. I got a burger and fries and it was decent. Nothing to write home about. Most people get the wings. They are decent. They scratch an itch.Parking: It's tight on a busy road.
Great service...The food was really good
well we ordered a appetizer and it never came, then as I'm drinking my beer I noticed there's lipstick all over the rim of my warm glass, my girlfriend ordered chicken tenders and ff with a side of honey mustard and ranch but got a side of butter!! also the crab dio has NOOOOO CRAB IN IT AT ALL! as well as the old bay fries are just fries with old bay seasoning dumped all over the top!!! not warmed of melted with the fries. just a pile of seasoning!! place is TRASH!!
Stopped in to happy hour Tuesday. Bar area. Great price for drafts and amazing tacos. So cheap and 3 tacos for $4.50 was a meal. Bar staff so helpful. Service great!! Will go back.
Ample seating with good views of wall to wall monitors. All sports were well represented on the screens. Nice sports bar decor. Good menu selections, ( we had fish & chips & crab cake sandwiches-excellent & do recommend)& the pricing was Very reasonable. Didn't partake, but the bar offerings looked enticing. All & all a good choice for a casual dinning experience. If you're in the area, definitely drop in!
Wings were highly recommended but were not that great. Staff was very friendly. The Irish nachos are great and can make two meals out of them.
This is my personal opinion they got some of the best wings in town I met a lot of wings in different places but of the dog is my money
We were there for Mother’s Day. Ordered bone in wings, they were ice cold;very disappointing on a special day!!! Also no soups, thought they’d have some nice soups for today and because it’s a chilly day, would have been so nice. No hot coffee, no hot tea. Boneless wings on point.
