Horrible..slow off
Sitting outside 4:39 says open girl is behind counter blatantly ignored several questions about opening she was no doubt slow donuts still sitting in store lobby when she has no choice but to answer she said they open at 5 website says open now !!! I have been a customer here everytime I travel for 15 yrs and she is despicable you need to find better help with a better personality extremely rude and the service gets worse and worse everytime I come here today it was a toss up who wins the worst customer service the girl behind the Dunkins counter or the cashier at the gas station bypass this place if you can !! Over priced and terrible service... Melissa is her name and the place is filthy the second girl came in and said she didn't clean the milk machine and wanted to do it so the owner didn't get upset and Melissa said no we will be too busy leave it for night shift !! Took a picture of the filth to send to the health dept.

I waited in line for 30 minutes in the drive through. The window worker asked me to pull over to wait for my food and his excuse was, “you got a lot of food”. I ordered three bacon egg and cheese on a bagel sandwiches, one wake-up wrap, and one croissant sandwich. That was NOT a lot of food. What an absolute waste of my time.

Took 20 minutes to make a plain hot green tea. I had to ask what was going on because I watched 5 people get served before me even though I ordered first. The lady was making me a iced green tea which I didn't order. Do a better job training or hire competent employees I won't be back.

Very lazy employees and managers.. they put six donuts shoved into a small bag! No box and when my husband asked for one they don’t use a box for donuts..always horrible service here

This is the most expensive Dunkin' Donuts at our Dunkin' Donuts I pay 706 for two coffees at this Duncan in Wallenpaupack you will pay $12.06 for the same exact coffee what they're saying is because this area has more wealthier people in it it's okay to screw them and charge a more expensive price

This Dunkin is by far the worst in the entire region.
Most of the staff members are clueless at best, or simply plain rude. They desperately need training.
One staff member starts making your coffee, then walks away to do something else, then checks their phone for 5 minutes, then starts talking to another employee, meanwhile your coffee is just sitting there. Starbucks operates totally differently and it works a lot better.
Their avocado toast is a joke. 9 times out of 10, the bread is either burnt, or still frozen. The avocado spread is smeared all over the sides of the toast so when you grab it, the spread gets all over your fingers.
The drive-thru window is another joke (when it is open). It is disorganized and chaotic. The wait time is too long. Some of the staff members don't even know if you've already paid or not. They seem to be totally clueless.
At the counter, most of the staff members do not greet you. Some of them wear civilian clothes so you don't even know if they work there or not. And once again, most of the people working behind the counter seem to be totally clueless and hazed.
This place needs to close, or they need a much much much better management team to totally redo everything.
