We went through the drive trough and they didn't even have a menu sign.... When it was our turn to order they had two different associates taking our order. When we received our order we were only given one of our drinks. Once we received the other coffee, We asked for two straws and they gave us ripped open straws and we had to ask for new ones...
Have gone here 3 times on Saturdays left each time. Employees are so busy talking to each other they act like you are not there. Will never go there again.

Unfortunately this is the only Dunkin’ nearby, or I would go to a different one. The staff are unprofessional and very undertrained. Most of the time the food is either overcooked or made incorrectly.

This place is below standards, unclean, and turned me off of Dunkin. Just gross and made me worry about sanitary conditions. If they don’t maintain the inside how can we assume they take care of the rest. Dunkin’ corporate has obviously not visited. Won’t go back until there is new ownership who cares about customer experience. The local Starbucks provides a better experience.
