Very small customer area to the point it's hard to get out the door when you get your order. The one employee definitely isn't good at friendly, welcoming customer service. But the cookies are delicious!

Really great cookies gluten-free options not just like one but many gluten-free options. They respect gluten-free individuals by keeping them in a separate part of the store. Put them in separate boxes. Tag them separately. That service on top of how great the cookies are. Make this a must stop destination.

I spend 47$ on insomnia cookies last night as a celebration for my fiancé. Well they shorted me two cookies, no problem, I called to ask them to bring me the other two. I spoke with some girl on the phone and she assured me the driver would be back soon with the rest of my order. He never showed up. This is the 3rd time this scenario has happened. If they are gonna charge such an outrageous amount for their product. They should at least give you what you order/pay for!

The cookies were pretty good but nothing exceptional. They're pretty average in size. Nice and warm, at least. Still, nothing warranting that kind of price tag.

The products are good, if you get what you ordered, but don't expect a quiet delivery. I placed a big order, with specific directions to NOT ring or knock (birthday surprise and we have dogs); not only did the driver ring the doorbell, but we didn't get any of the ice cream ordered and we didn't get the exact cookies ordered. I tipped with the order, but probably will do cash next time, so if the service continues to be disappointing, well... not sure if I'll be back anyway... buyer beware!
