No one knows if they are open or not. Their sign suggests that you check on their website. There's a all sign indicating opening time at 3:00 P M. I waited until 3:00 and still no service. Finally I paged someone who told me they now open at 5:00 regardless of their sign. About the food, it's mediocre at best, but convenient if you're in the area.A few pictures of what they serve would help a lot. Really wish I could give a better rating, but the prices here are absurd. $27 for a bowl of Wonton soup and 5 pork dumplings. That's fine dining prices. The food itself was pretty good, hence why I wish I could give a higher score. Was glad I ordered two dishes, as I don't think one would've been filling.
