Ordered through door dash, thought maybe it was a door dash problem missing my fries but then saw this sticker on my "dr pepper" my drink was a mix of tea and dr pepper which is clearly on chick fil a, no fries, only my chicken was correct. Door dash refuses to refund this. Btw, I am not Chris

Worst customer service, waited 30min for my pickup order. Just 5min after placing my order they called my name to give me the shake, but when asked about the food they told me wait. After waiting soo long (30min), out of frustration I asked them again to check, simply they told me that they missed it and they gonna do it now.They didn’t even offered any apologies, simple they kept the food on the pickup shelf after another 10min.Terrible service

The food is always delicious but the nasty attitude the employees have is disgusting if I didn’t work at the mall and have limited options on where to eat I would never ever go there. The service is terrible cashiers are the worst, the smart remarks the eye rolling just close the whole business down at this point or get a whole new set of team cause this one ain’t it. Chic fil a is known for the great service and food you provide. This location bringing a bad rep to the franchise

Went to place an online order on my lunch break as I work in the mall and placed my order at 1:15 and then didn’t get my for until 1:40! I spend my entire lunch break down waiting. When I got my food, it was cold and placed in the bag with no care, as all the food spilled in the bag as I opened it. I love Chick-fil-A but this experience was awful and it makes me never want to order from this one again

Expect to find hair in your food. I have witnessed a customer complained about seeing hair in their food. That day, I thought the customer was overreacting. Few weeks later, My 6 y/o daughter also found HAIR im her food after eating almost half of the food. Who knows she probly ate a lot of HAIR before noticing. So Sickening....This chic Fillet needs to be shut down due to Health Code Violation. THEY NEED MUCH MORE HYGENIC TRAINING. Please watch your kids food closely because they might not know. Called Corporate and still have not heard back.
