The cookies were good but I ordered 2 cookies and a brownie and the lady only gave me 1 cookie and a brownie and I got charged 10 dollars didn't notice until I was on the way home. I called multiple times and no answer to the store. It's only $3 but it's the principal. You messed up. Make it right. Guess you guys can't. Good cookies. Bad service. If you give this place your business make sure you have everything before leaving. I won't ever go here again.

We have always enjoyed Mrs. Field's message cookies for birthdays and holidays. Although, lately the cookies taste like they're not baked enough. It's almost like eating cookie dough. Very disappointing! It's a shame because the staff is always very friendly. I think it may be under new ownership. Not sure if I'll be back.

bought 2 boxes of cookies through a Mrs FIelds fundraiser for my niece. Paid $10 for shipping frozen. The cookies arrived late, are stale and taste like chemicals. I assumed if I was shipping it frozen it was cookie dough but it wasn't . It was individually wrapped stale, awful tasting cookies. My sister also bought cookies and didn't pay extra to have her shipped frozen and said hers were inedible as well. I have contacted their customer service for a replacement of an edible product or a refund, too soon to know if they will respond. Note - this was not bought from the KoP store but this is the only place I can find to post a review.

Very nice and helpful staff. Cookie cake with cute hand made design ready in exactly an hour. Was told an hour at purchase and it was ready in just that. Very nice attention to detail by the bake-tress. I was worried that I was going to get something ugly and sloppy but instead I got something cute and delicious. Pictured is our Halloween spider peanut butter cookie cake. Mrs. Fields peanut butter cookies are perfect too. Just the right amount of PB and it wasn’t overwhelming.

That's Mall used to be the prestigious classy family environment now it is becoming more ghetto as the years wear on that's a bunch of damn thugs hanging out in front of the main entrance where the bus area selling drugs lady lady in front of the security guards who is responsible for the people hanging out in front of the main entrance but not waiting for the bus they're selling drugs between the hours of 6 p.m. 9 p.m. I have video footage of these young guys there's two tall African-American guys who are selling drugs about 6 foot 1 to 6 foot 3 dark skin complected this is not a racial attack that's I am African-American that's just a situation where this needs to be dealt with before this gets out of hand I wish someone would step up and take care of this matter this is currently going on this is June 30th 2021 I have video footage of these people selling drugs literally right out in the open as the police pull up and go inside the security guards just walk right by them that's just horrible this is the type of thing that makes people go and Shop elsewhere with their families baby using profanity in bed it's like some sort of a hang out at the main entrance the other buses and it's just horrible I wish they would provide security and step up and Patrol that area and make sure no one is hanging out there thank you

I loved this place but for this reason I will never go back I was more shocked than I've ever been in life I couldnt believe that this happens. how dare you take an order behind me when I was there first then had the nerve to give me additional attitude as if I did something wrong. I'm going to reach out to headquarters because this was just super unacceptable

Ordered a cookie cake for our son's birthday. Picked a specific time for it to be delivered through Door Dash. It came as promised, at the promised time. The cookie was delicious, decorated as shown on the website and was very cute! Well worth the price. We are not "icing" people in our house, but each of us raved about the icing they used. Not too sweet, very tasty. Would highly recommend.

This cookie place is located in the king of Prussia mall near prime mark. There are a good selection of cookies and many look really good. I like how you can order a slice of cookie cake to go. It is honestly pretty good. However, the cookies sometimes don't last too long if you don't eat them right away.

Definitely worth the 2 HR ride!
