Barely busy for a late Saturday afternoon( everywhere was jam packed with customers, hence why we decided to come here) Wait was long, took about 15 mins to get our menu and another 15 mins just for water. Our waiter lacked hospitality and was hostile. Food was oily and lacked flavor. Bathroom seemed like it was barely tended to. It was our first time and unfortunately will be our last.

I came and asked it they had vegan options, the guy at the front desk said "get menu and get out the way" I got customers here. Not sure if they have vegan options or not but he way very rude and me and my family will never go in there again.

The food was great. We ordered brisket pho, and it did not disappoint. The restroom was clean. Our server was attentive. Our food came out right away. I'm surprised by the bad reviews. We had an excellent experience here.

Ordered the Deluxe pho with noodles on the side. They decided to give me a small size so I figured they just got my order wrong. They gave me the excuse that they had to do so since the noodles were on the side. Small size is about 1/3 the size and the deluxe pho is much more expensive. Makes no sense that they’d do this and they willfully ripped me off. Old man server was rude and unreasonable. Won’t be going back.

Food was okay but not that good. I wouldn't come here again.

No. Bathrooms dirty, like never been cleaned / abandoned house dirty... Food had no flavor

Bad. I didn't read the reviews until too late. I don't care about service (it was gruff) but the food was embarrassing. I got vermicelli with "chargrilled" pork and an iced coffee. The pork was gray and had clearly never seen any kind of grill or fire. Normally, Vietnamese coffee is served with a phin and the condensed milk is separate. I watched the owner pour my serving from a dispenser--tasted like high fructose corn syrup and coffee flavoring.

Delicious food, great service and an interesting atmosphere combine to make a unique dining experience that I'd recommend too anyone. I got the barbecue pork chops and broken rice. The pork was tender and moist with an excellent savory flavor, and the rice was done perfectly. My companions had the lemongrass pork pho, the chicken pho, and beef fried rice. The pork in the lemongrass pho left something to be desired but they were were otherwise quite satisfied. I tried some of the beef fried rice and it was quite good, the beef was very tender and the rice was flavorful. I ate all my pork in one sitting but everyone else had leftovers. Overall a great experience and I'd love to come back some other time.

Omg they are so rude, the food was was not really good and God for bid you ask to change or complain about something.. the little man that works there will give you the worst attitude. The last time I ordered extra noodles for my Pho soup they said it would take 5 to 10 minutes because they had to cook it. It took less than 2 minutes and was cold.. so they grabbed whatever left over they had and threw it in the container and when I said something the little guy said that’s how it is and shoot shoot me with both hands..never again..

Best Bahn Mi in the 'burbs! They nailed everything about the sandwich: the bread is crunchy out the outside, wam and soft on the inside. The pork is salty and fatty. The veggies are pickled to perfection, the peppers have been deseeded, and the sprig of cilantro is amazingly fresh.
Really casual setting in an old diner format. We came for a late lunch on a rainy sunday and were not disappointed - great hole in the wall for authentic vietnamese food! They were out of a lot of appetizers when we came but were able to try the spring rolls (filled with meat) which were delicious. The beef Pho and tofu pad thai were amazing as well.

The restaurant is super slow in renovating the old Ruby Tuesday's design, but the food itself is out of this world. Best Vietnamese I've had in the KOP area. Service is also quick!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I went into the restaurant to place a order. The person who took my order was an older gentleman who was extremely rude, loud and abrasive. I watched him be the exact same way with the customers who came in after me tk place an order. My food was bland and as expected, he got my order wrong. Not I see why they’re practically empty every time I walk by. Horrible customer service and the food is bland as hell. Do not eat here!!

Years ago it was great. I stopped today and I don’t plan to return. The brisket pho broth tasted like chicken broth. The brisket and steak had no flavor. The basil had black blemishes from aphids in a garden meaning it was low quality. The bean sprouts were turning brown. Cost was 15 for the steak and beef brisket pho.

I came here with my parents on Monday, July 4th at 11:12 AM and was seated right away. It was empty considering it was the holiday. They have two entrances, the one inside the mall, and the one outside towards the back of the restaurant. The restaurant looks clean and I liked that they had the plastic covering on top of the table. My father was fascinated by the aquarium tank and insisted I take photos of it. They had different layouts of the menu: the big blue book, the mini menu for take out, and the hand sized one where you flip from the back and front. We ordered 2 shrimp summer rolls (Goi Cuon Tom) ($11, so $5.50 each) and they tasted just as they should. Our waiter, John, was very friendly with us and was nice enough to give us two more peanut sauces. He says he’s new to the place and was very respectful. Our waitress was also very kind. We ordered a large hot tea ($5.50) and my parents enjoyed it. We ordered Vietnamese crab noodles (Bun Rieu Cua; $12.75) and it tasted refreshing. I ordered a deluxe pho (Pho Thuong Hang for $17.99). At first, it wasn’t what I wanted because I wanted fish balls instead of the brisket but I ended up enjoying it so it turned out great! The deluxe pho consisted of beef noodle soup topped with eye round steak, well done brisket, crunchy flank, beef balls, and steamed jumbo shrimp. We ordered #34, charbroiled pork hoagie ($8.50) which is banh mi thit nuong to go and it tasted well. Everything went well and I decided to use the restroom considering we were the only ones there and they had just opened. Boy, was I wrong for doing so. Aside from the cleanliness of the restaurant, the restroom was a different story. I wish I had never gone in. It was absolutely atrocious, disgusting, and dirty. All in all, the bathroom was a bad ending to it but the restaurant itself is a 5/5.
