I'm leaving this review because I think they need to put more people to work during opening hours. The girl who works is very nice but it's too much for one person.

Delivery driver legit lied about giving me my 2-liter Coke. I did contactless delivery and the driver told the store they gave it to me so they refused to help me, but i’m telling you IT WASN’T THERE. This is not how you run a business.

Garbage humans making garbage in a garbage establishment. Management and Employees throwing slurs around in the back like they’re candy. Disgusting. Fire them all and start from the top. Boooo.

We work at KU and the front door to our building broke. Your amazing delivery driver Bryce happened to be delivering pizza at the same time and offered to help us fix it. Now our door is fixed and the building is safe and secure again. Thanks Bryce :D Before photo attached

Two times we ordered from this location & used the Hotspot delivery both times. Both orders were piping hot, super fresh & so delicious. The pizzas were made to perfection. I've ordered from other Domino's before, but never have the pizzas been as fresh & hot as they have been from Kutztown. My delivery drivers were very professional, polite & very personable and friendly. The Hotspot locations are very convenient.

I have loved Domino's pizza for years! When the K-town store first opened, I was happy I could get it again. I got pizza 2 weeks ago and the whole experience left a lot to be desired! When I first got there, I think she was the manager, she didn't acknowledge that I came in (was to busy on her phone). Another younger female came to the front of the store and just stood there, leaning on a counter, also said nothing. There was one guy actually working on someone's order and he had to ask another guy, from the back, to come help me. He seemed frustrated and rightfully so! After all that, the pizza was one of the worst we had from them. It will be quite a while till I go back

When the clock strikes half past ten, and hunger relentlessly gnaws at the pit of my stomach, Domino's Pizza emerges like a beacon of sustenance. In a world where most culinary establishments slumber, Domino's stands tall, unyielding in its mission to satiate the late-night cravings of the famished masses. As I eagerly placed my order, I knew that within the confines of the familiar red and blue boxes lay salvation in the form of a piping hot pie. The aroma of melted cheese and savory toppings wafted through the air as anticipation swelled within me. In a matter of minutes, the delivery arrived, a testament to Domino's unwavering commitment to timely service.I took my first bite and there it was, the familiar taste that has graced countless palates over the years. The crust, though lacking the artisanal touch of brick ovens and hand-kneading, possessed a delightful crispness. The amalgamation of tangy tomato sauce, melty cheese, and an assortment of toppings coalesced into a comfort food symphony, providing solace for the ravenous soul. While Domino's may not encompass the gourmet flair of a Michelin-starred establishment, it shines forth as a reliable ally in the battle against late-night hunger pangs. In a world where options grow scarce at times when the moon reigns supreme, Domino's Pizza stands steadfast and dependable, a food fortress guarding against the perils of empty stomachs.Whether seeking respite after a long day or finding sustenance in the depths of the night, Domino's proves its worth as a dependable source of nourishment. It may not claim the title of culinary virtuoso, but it holds an unyielding place in the hearts of those who seek solace in the simplicity of a hot slice, reminding us that even amidst darkness, Domino's is there to feed our insatiable cravings.

I don't think I've ever had "bad" pizza from a Domino's, but I had never been to this Kutztown location before. I got a pan pizza which didn't look to be done all the way in the middle and a thin crust pizza which was burnt black around the outside. Very disappointing.

How hard is it to deliver two large pizzas correctly?

I made a order at 9:00pm for delivery and took almost 1 hour and 45 minutes to get to my house and I live in Kutztown not even 12 minutes down the road. This would be the second time they took this long it's outrageous. Words of advice drive yourself to the place it be faster then there delivery service
