Stopped here for lunch before heading over to Dutch Wonderland. The restaurant appears clean when you walk in, but there a couple things that need to be addressed. 1. There was HAIR in my roast beef sandwich! Gag!! Not what you want to find when eating. Clearly basic sanitary procedures aren't being followed. 2. We'd been traveling for about 2 hours, so before ordering we all hit the bathroom. The men's room toilet seat had one bolt broken and the other was barely on. Having my 4 year old use it was a bit of an acrobatic feat. Next time we're in the area we'll definitely go ANYWHERE else but here!

Would have given 5 stars in all categories but I paid and ordered 2 curly fries with my three sandwiches and only received one of the curly fry orders. Never had a problem before so I didn't think to check the bag before I left.

I got food through the drive-thru on a weeknight. The french fries were cold and did not taste good. The Arby's sandwich was good, though. The wait is always long at this Arby's drive-thru.

SEPT 21 @ 12 NÒON - Was driving by and no one was in the drive thru line so ordered a French dip meal - food was OK but service left a lot to be desired. Paid (too much for what I got) to some sourpuss who tried to short me on my change - it was obviously on purpose because she handed me the change and closed the window and when I knocked and said "where's the rest?" She had it in her hand - nothing sketchy about that! Then get the food - no sauce no salt and 1 tiny napkin- how do you eat the French dip and only use 1 little napkin??? Also - the soda machine is not working correctly- I used to manage fast food restaurants and tested the soda every day! They need to Brix the machine because there's way too much syrup in the stuff they need to check the pressure on the CO2 because it's flat - not a bubble in the cup.

I recently tried Arby's Turkey Bacon Market Fresh Sandwich and it was a delightful surprise. The combination of tender turkey, crispy bacon, and fresh ingredients was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. The sandwich was generously portioned and satisfying. The service was quick and friendly, making my experience even better. I'm looking forward to enjoying this mouthwatering sandwich again soon!
