Special thanks to Junne Nique, who was the front desk supervisor she was amazing! Very welcoming very knowledgeable and best representation of what Marriott employee should be like! Originally I requested early mobile check in through the app, but never received my mobile key by the time we arrived at 4pm. I told the gentleman this at the front desk and he immediately apologized and proceeded to check if we could upgrade our room. We originally booked two queens because a king bed room wasn’t available, he upgraded us to a king room in the corner with amazing views. We also received complimentary breakfast at the M club which was a pleasant surprise. I also enjoyed the free, high speed WiFi. Overall our experience was great, the gentleman even made parking in the garage easy. I’m a dedicated Marriott member and they never disappoint!

My stay at the Lanacaster Marriot was a nice one. The hotel staff was accommodating, the restaurant served a great meal and my room stay was comfortable. My room was clean and tended to daily. They have a fridge & coffeemaker. No microwaves in the room.Nearby activities: Farmers Markets and many small businesses

This is a wonderful hotel. Our room was very nice. I like that it did not have carpet in the room. Everything was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only small complaint I have is that the furnace would make a load noise when it turned on. I liked that it was in walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Make sure to check out the farmers market across the street. I look forward to coming back next year.Rooms: Very clean, comfortable, nice desk to work at.Nearby activities: Small shops, Farmers market, barsSafety: I felt it was a safe place to walk around. unlike other cities now days.Walkability: There was so many things you could walk to.Noteworthy details: The building inside was really cool

I have a couple of things I would like to share. I got married here and it was a 3 day affair from Nov 22- Nov 24. I was not fully satisfied with the services they offered given that I booked a Marriott property for my most important day.1. I was supposed to get 4x points from Marriott on signing the contract at Marriott by a specified date. The contract was incorrect and I sent it back for corrections. At that time even on confirming that I will get points even though the contract was signed at later date due to Marriott employee error, I was just awarded the usual 2x points. It's disappointing that despite the initial agreement for 4x points on signing the contract by a specified date, I faced challenges due to an error in the contract and, ultimately, did not receive the promised points. This experience raises concerns about consistency and fulfillment of commitments.2. The day I checked in, I was given a room which did not have a washroom door. This was shocking. On that night, my family had to check all the rooms we had booked for the guests so that our guests don’t have to face any discomfort.3. After the wedding, my husband had booked a separate room for us. The room did not open as its lock got stuck. Me and my husband had to wait for almost 2 hours before the hotel sent someone to open the lock.4. On the last day, our breakfast was in the Exchange and the lift was not functional, which caused unnecessary trouble and chaos for our family and friends.Overall I did not expect the above experiences to take place when I decided to book Marriott as my wedding venue.Weddings are overall very stressful and these unnecessary and unexpected episodes were the last thing I needed.

I was here for a conference and it was a very nice spot. The elevators were a little difficult to navigate with needing to use your room key and there weren't enough elevators for the group of 1,000 people that were there for the conference, many of who were staying in the building so there was a lot of waiting. The space was nice, food was good and service was great! Good spot downtown, easily walkable but a lot of the stores closed by 5pm so not much shopping in the evening.

I was there on a business trip. My first room had a bed bug (I have photos). The staff moved me to a different room, but the floors of the second room were extremely dirty--so dirty that my socks were covered in dust and grime because the floors had not been mopped. On top of that, they charge for basic internet access on a daily basis. What a horrible experience.

A little confusing getting to the parking garage, but the property and service are very nice. Convenient walk to many attractions and restaurants.
Location is great, right in the center of the town, great area to walk, many places to eat, drink, shop. Hotel itself is very big, looks nice and grande. Rooms were clean and fine. Service staff were friendly. Would recommend to keep the coffee shop open past 5pm. This hotel deserves its 4 stars.Walkability: The hotel is right in the center of Lancaster, which a very pretty area to walk. Many great place to eat and drink nearby.

I went here for a little staycation and loved this hotel. It’s very large and has great facilities and amenities. The pool was beautiful and exactly as pictured. It has chair lifts into both the pool and hot tub for guests with disabilities. The workout room was well stocked with lots of machinery and weights. The lobby is beautiful. The parking was easy and only $15 a day for hotel guests. The hotel isn’t the most updated and modern, but everything is clean, well maintained, and in working order. The entire hotel is accessible and wheelchair friendly. They upgraded us to an Executive King and we had a beautiful view of downtown. The restaurant Plough was also delicious. I didn’t eat breakfast, but I took a peek in the cafe. It looked like an elevated continental. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Lancaster.Rooms: Spacious with clean bedding and nice viewsNearby activities: You can walk to all the shops and dining of downtown LancasterWalkability: Very walkable
