I happened upon Piccadilly when a friend invited me out to tea and it has become one of my favorite spots in town. This is a small gem that offers a delicious menu, my favorite is their open faced smoked salmon caper scramble. The lemon curd is scrumptious and their fruit teas are refreshing. I enjoy their patio dining outside on a warm day. The servers are kind, observant and great. If you want a mellow place to enjoy a light bite and friends, I highly recommend Piccadilly.

I was not impressed with the english tea afternoon tea set. The tomato bisque tasted like it was pizza sauce straight out of a can and the sandwiches weren't very good. We left most of our food on the tray. The Cream Earl Grey tea was quite good, however. It you visit, I would recommend just go for tea and skip the food.

Brought a friend here for her birthday. We love doing afternoon teas together but sadly this one was a bit lackluster. We had a reservation but the place seems incredibly short staffed. The tea selection and tea quality itself was great. I got the chamomile and loved it. What I hated was that they give you a tiny teapot and the chamomile buds obviously clogged up the spout and made a mess of everything. Scalding hot tea all over the table and your lap isn't a great experience. I had to find a coffee straw and use it to clear the spout every few seconds of pouring. Staff never visited the table except to get the order and drop it off. I couldn't even get another napkin. The sugar on the table was empty and we had to grab one off another table since there was no staff coming around. Things like the cucumber sandwich and madeleines were good, but majority of the scones and sweets were also quite frankly not worth eating. We left about half of the food on the trays after trying it. Overall, I wouldn't visit again. It was nice that they had some hats you could wear and the interior was lovely, but the service and quality were not worth the price.

Visited for a full afternoon tea with my mother in law for her birthday. The ambiance is nice. Many choices for tea. I had the Fiesta tea and really enjoyed it. The scones were excellent. I found the finger sandwiches a bit sad. The bread seemed like white Wonder bread. For the price, I would've liked to see better quality here. I would return and do al a cart for food.

The service & the owner was absolutely TERRIBLE. Very rude. The food was disgusting. We asked multiple times for them not to touch the food with their bare hands & of course the continued to do so , so very dirty. Did not respect the food allergies . We told them someone was allergic to strawberries so they brought out a bowl full of them to her !!!?? They charged us for soups that were free & when we asked for a refund the refunded the wrong people. The owner was absolutely horrible & rude. As a manager myself I expect way better customer service. Will NEVER be returning again. Worst customer service ever.

This cafe is so cozy-- from the front door to the very back of their shop where you can also find yourself nestled between trees and umbrellas. The front of the shop is what caught my attention. Nicely shaded by plants and umbrellas. They didn't have any outlets in the front patio, so I hid myself in the back patio.

Excellent High Tea. My Mother and I had these best time ever The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable with all the questions we had.the Danish and cakes were so fresh and wonderfully warm The tea was delicious. The atmosphere was delightful. I like the fact that you can put hats on for pictures such a fun time.

What a wonderful experience! Brought my preschooler in for a tea party, and they took such great care of us. We had the full high tea experience, and everything was explained to us. She was offered a Chip cup from beauty and the Beast. We donned some fascinators and really had a great experience. Our waiter was super attentive. Would definitely recommend and we will be back

Excellent afternoon treat! High tea at Piccadilly with friends is highly recommended. Huge selections of teas to choose from, which pair well with their delicious sandwiches and desserts. Very reasonably prices as well! I'm already planning my next visit! Highly recommended.

Besides the small but varied menu of foods and wide variety of teas, you can have fun selecting the perfect hat to wear during your compete experience

I intended to order the full afternoon tea set. However, the waiter got confused and added the duchess tea set to my order. The confusion must be due to the fact that I asked for Duchess, a type of tea on the menu here, for my afternoon tea set. The waiter asked me for a second type of tea, to which I asked why two types of tea are needed? Instead of realizing the confusion, the waiter put both tea sets on the order. Adding to the problems is the fact that they mixed my tea set items in with those ordered by my companions. I had no idea what was mine and more uncomfortable confusion ensued. When the bill came I asked why two sets were on the bill. Upon realizing the confusion the waiter made no attempt at reconciliation. To make matters even worse, they added a sharing charge. I "ordered" two tea sets and shared only with my wife. Upon explaining this, the waiter responded merely with "oh" and again made no attempt at reconciliation. After all this I left feeling most dissatisfied...And I was still hungry.
